Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Review

I have been using this daily since I bought it, it does the job but in my opinion you need to already have quite nice skin for it to do a good job. So on a good day it evens out my skin tone nicely. On most days I don't like to have full foundation so this is a nice daily alternative with a lighter coverage. The smell is quite strong but not too unpleasant and I find that I really need to wash my hands thoroughly after applying as its quite greasy.

I do like the colour however I am a light olive skin so would say its quite dark and not sure it would work with anything lighter. The consistency is quite thick but I liked that about it as it worked well for me.

I use this and then set it with a bit of powder and bronzer, if you have a few blemishes I would recommend something with a bit more coverage, I will continue to use this but will most likely try another brand to see if I can find something that suits better

I wanted to try this product as id never tried a BB cream before and id seen adverts on TV. Also it was on special at the supermarket, so easy for me to sneak in the trolley while my partner wasnt looking hehe

Firstly its a rather thick consistency. I didnt really like the smell. I found it too strong for my liking. It didnt blend as well as i thought it would. Its the same texture as my moisturizer so thought it would blend out the same. But it was pretty difficult in my opinion.

It didnt stick to my dry patches which was good. But that didnt make up for the rest of it unfortunately. I tried it by itself, with powder and primer and also as a base for my foundation. Every way i tried just did not work!

It went very oily and made my foundation slip all over the place. Even after setting it it made my makeup wear off much quicker than normal.

The color was also very off to me. I felt like an oompa loompa!! It was so orange and oxidized very quickly. I ended up looking terrible. I was actually embarrassed to be in public with an oxidized/orange face :(

i will not be using this product ever again. I may gift it to someone who self tans lol.

REALLY didnt like this BB cream. It was greasy, left my skin feeling tacky, was difficult to apply and didn't leave a very nice coverage. Very underwhelmed and would not recommend!

this is a great bb cream. I am not a fan of full cover and find this is a good medium to light coverage. I did find that my dry areas did need to be moisturized before hand

I bought this BB cream after hearing some good reviews about it. I got in the light/clair shade and it might as well be light orange because that's what the BB cream oxidises to. It is smooth when you apply it on but I find that there ends up far too shiny and sticky. I wouldn't recommend this for people with pale skin, neutral undertones or oily skin. It oxidises to an orangey colour throughout the day and ends up about two shades darker. Personally, I thought it was a flop but I can see how it would be a great product for people with the right yellow undertones.

In my opinion this is the best BB cream ive tried yet. I wanted some thing light for work and this is amazing. It covers everything but it feels like your not wearing anything. Goes on smoothly. I dont think i will be changing products unless they come out with something even better :)

I thought it was a great cream, i mixed it with some of my morning moisterizer so that it went further and lightened it up slightly, as it was a little dark for me. doesn't clump or cake and is a good overall coverage.

I wear this for work. It is a nice colour and helps to even out my skin tone. It feels like I have no makeup on at all. A great product if you want a natural look. However, if you have problem skin, I doubt this would provide much coverage.

I purchased this BB cream from Farmers some time ago. I really wanted something nice and light that would give me a little coverage and sun protection. I found the smell of this product too strong, and the cream itself feels quite thick and gluggy when using my fingers to apply. Once it's on the skin, it feels a bit too heavy for what I think a BB cream should be, and I am conscious of it all day. I think my liquid foundation actually does a better job! It's unfortunate, I really wanted to like this product but it wasn't for me. I gave mine to my sister.

I have been using this product for quite a few years, before it became popular. It is by far the best light / natural foundation I have ever used. It covers my flaws without going overboard. I use every single day & my face feels likeI have no makeup on at all. When our family has had special occasions, I have been able to use on several skin types & a variety of ages & the ladies have looked flawlessly beautiful without looking over the top. Totally recommend
