Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Review

Oh my gosh this is amazing! So in love with it. the bb cream feels so silky on your skin, is easy to apply, and it completely covers up any imperfections. I have a yellow tone to my skin, and i haven't been able to find a light tinted moisturiser that works. My skin never has an even skin tone and i feel that i achieved this look with bb cream. I have recommended this product to friends.

I absolutly totally loved this product, my skin sometimes isnt to happy when i use new products but took to this perfectly. It was so easy to use on busy mornings, just a matter of applying like a moisturiser My only niggle was the color, it is the shade i would normaly go for but i found this a little bit darker than usual. So you may want to watch how much you apply.

But over all i loved this, being a mum and having to rush out the door in the mornings, this made it so so muc eaiser, will def be buying more when this runs out

When I saw the initial packaging I thought "wow" that's a lot of writing on the box, would of been better to have bullet point information or general information then place a pamphlet inside or refer buyers to a website, the cream was very easily applied and a little went a very long way, it had a strong sweet fragrance when applying but didn't notice that through the day which it managed to stay on and not need reapplying, felt light on the skin although gave skin slight shiny appearance which didn't look very natural. Overall was a well priced beauty item that I would use again happily but maybe with the addition of some powder to stop the shine.

At first I thought this was another big promises low delivery peoduct but I must say I was mostly surprised. I think the colour I was sent was slightly wrong but when I applied I managed to work it into my skin enough I didn't look orange or blotchy. Wasn't a fan of the scent, felt it was very over powering and unnecessary. My skin does feel and look better once I've applied and when I've removed the product my skin didn't feel dry like some other products leave it feeling. All in all I like it and once this trial tube is finished I'll be off to purchase more. Love it now that the scent has growen on me (or im ignoring it haha) am applying every morning and feel it's so much better for my skin thenfoundation alone.

I found the bb cream by garnier an all rounder. Perfect for summer as the consistency is light yet enough coverage and SPF. The smell is fairly neutral. I would not recommend this product for anyone with oily skin as it can be a tad greasy. My skin in normal to dry so I find it very hydrating. Good on its own or for extra coverage use as a primer.

This is the first bb cream I have tried and it was a good experience. This one smells amazing and feels very fresh when you put it on. It has a nice smooth finish which puts the right amount of colour for a natural look. I wore it under my make up as a base and it worked great also just as something to chuck on when I didn't feel like much make up

I have super pale skin, and found that even the light one was slightly too orange for me. I also found it to be oily, and made me look very shiny, which I'm not used to. I tried applying it different ways, brushes, beauty bleander, finger tips... Nothing seemed to help. It's also very thick, and the smell is strange, like chemically floral or something... Definitely do not need a lot of product! Use a pea sized amount and it goes a long way. I used it in the morning, and found that when I wore it on it's own, not only did it not really cover up freckles or anything, it had mostly come off and become patchy by mid afternoon.

I used this product for a full week so far. I added it to my morning routine by replacing my moisturiser with it. I only used a pea sized amount of it and rubbed it over my hands then onto my face. It gave my skin a pretty even tone I was really happy with it. Later in the morning I found that my skin became a little itchy I never got a rash or anything just felt slightly irritated every now and again. The itchy skin kind of put me off this product but I would still use it occasionally when I just want the slight makeup look but otherwise I am going back to my old routine. It did make my face feel moisturised and made my skin look healthy.

I have used a BB cream previously and as expected, it was very easy to apply. It went on smoothly and was absorbed easily. However, I made the mistake of applying this product for the first time on the way to work. I put a dollop on each cheek, rubbed it in, looked in the mirror - and staring back at me was an oompa-loompa! The colour was too orange for my skin tone. Thankfully I had a rag handy and was able to remove most of it.

I did give it a second attempt, applying the tiniest amount (not much is needed anyway) and blending it as much as possible, especially at the edges. It was still a bad colour match for me, unfortunately, but I was able to wear it for the day for testing purposes.

The positives were: - it made my skin tone look more even and consistent. - it was easy to apply. - a little goes a long way, making it last longer. - the fragrance was quite nice. - the product dried quickly on my face.

The negatives:

- it didn't do much to hide the acne spots that I had at the time. - nor did it disguise the dark rings under my eyes. Perhaps I was expecting too much. - by the afternoon my skin had became quite oily, which does not happen when I go make-up free. - the colour seemed to wear off by mid-afternoon.

The bottle is a medium size, so if you carry a decent sized handbag it's probably ok but it's not something you could fit in an evening purse. But hey, it's more of a day product than something to wear out at night anyway.

Overall, I think it did what BB cream's tend to do, which is smooth out your skin tone to make it look more uniform in colour, while providing some moisturising effects. But it doesn't disguise acne or dark circles, so you're better off using a proper foundation if that is your aim. However, as long as you get the right colour, it's ok for giving you some coverage while maintaining a natural look.

This is a great product it has a really nice consistency not to thick just right it has a nice smell to it. I have normal to dry skin and this product was perfect for what my skin needs its nice and moisturising and lasts well throughout the day I tried this under make up and on its own and it does both jobs well. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
