Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Anti Ageing Review

First let me say that that packaging looks cheap. Kind of like a cheap website that has lots of ads...too busy. The tube of product looks fresh and glowy like I had hoped my skin would have been. Nice size as well. I know where I work, we sell for over $20. The scent is very "Garnier" - like weird apple essence and something else. I am positive some people love it...I on the other hand just think " bargain brand" Now for application. It went on so smoothly. I have oily skin and I was actually thinking it was too thick and greasy feeling...but I worked it in and then followed with my concealer and powder and I think if there was a colour lighter than "light" I may have liked the initial look...for a quick run to the store...I prefer full coverage and this was too transparent for me...could see my blemish marks through it. After a couple hours, my skin was actually ridiculously dry and felt strange. It looked flaky, not luminous in the least and nothing like I had hoped. I think a big part was that it was too dark, but it didn't feel nice at all. I couldn't wait to wash it off. Now...after all that...I have to tell you, I sold one to a customer at work this week and I explained how I wasn't fond of it and the colour selection...she wanted something quick and cheap and a BB creme...so she bought it and then she had me apply it before her full coverage foundation and it looked fantastic. She was darker than me by at least 2 shades, and she uses it like a primer. So in her case it worked for her brilliantly. Just not for me! :)

Absolutely love this BB cream. I've used it for over a month and have experienced some great changes in my skin's texture and fine lines. I usually suffer from mild eczema during winter, since using BB cream I haven't had it. The coverage it provides is not too heavy and is perfect for daily use as I don't need to put on any other foundation or concealer. I have quite pale skin and I find the light colour a perfect match (which is usually hard for me as many colours are too dark, even when they say light)! I also love the fact it has SPF in it so that I don't need to worry about putting sunscreen on. I have seen a big improvement in the firmness of my skin and the fine lines around my eyes have decreased which is awesome! I will definitely continue using BB's cream and a lot of my friends have started using it too after seeing my results.

Wow! All in one sounds too good to be true but I've found it with this cream. It seems quite thick when you squeeze it from the tube but it goes on really lightly and feels great on. I'll stick with my weekday fuller cover for work but for playtime and weekends this is really hard to beat - my weekender bag will have BB cream, mascara and lippy - how easy is that!

Was so excited to have the chance to try garnier bb cream, but was sadly dissapointed as on my skin type combination (with flaws) it gave me no coverage (possibly colour was too light) , didn't minimize any of my many lines and left my skin very shiny. I applied it (according to instructions) by hand and added a second application but was still too sheer and just seemed like I had nothing on but a shine so couldn't tell how long the wear lasted, also tried it under my usual mineral foundation and ended up breaking out in spots opps. Personally I wouldn't use it, for me it didn't live up to my high hopes or their claims :( I will give it to a friend with lighter less flawed skin to try and have her join and review it also.PS no clue to smell of product as is cold season:(

I have fair-light skin tone with normal to combination skin type. I received this BB cream in Light and I found it a bit too dark for me, nevertheless I enjoyed using this product and I will continue to use it. Since this bb cream is a bit too dark, I set it with a lighter face powder or use it under a lighter foundation and it works perfectly.

The consistency is thick but it glides onto my skin smoothly. I applied this bb cream with my fingers and it was extremely easy to blend. I found the fragrance to be a bit overpowering, I prefer my bb cream/foundation to have no or minimal fragrance. The coverage is sheer- medium and if you put a lot it can look cakey. It covers my redness, acne scars and freckles . I found that it only last around 4-5 hours and it looks oily after that. It is reasonably priced and it is worth the money, it works just like a foundation with skincare benefits. I really like the packaging because its hygienic, I don’t have to dip my fingers into the product and I can see how much product is left. I did not see any skincare benefits since I have used this product for a week, I need to use this product for longer to see any noticeable benefits. Yes I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good bb cream that won’t break the bank.

This cream is so easy to apply, it feels sheer and so soft, it is a Miracle. After just one week my skin feels re-newed, glowing and wrinkles appear faded as my skin feels tighter and glowing. I love the way it just smooths onto my face, it doesnt clog pores, its so light and smells devine, it lasts all day. And it protects against harmful sun rays, what more could you want. I love this BB cream and I recommend it to all my family and friends.

I like the squeezie bottle packaging as it fitted easily into my make up bag. You don't need much of this product as it goes on very easily and smoothly. Lasts all day. I tried it with primer and without and found I didn't really need to use primer as it lasted all day by itself. It is of thick texture so don't need much. I would buy this product again but for summer I would choose a lighter shade. The colour I got was medium and is fine for winter. A great product - I tend towards breakouts if it's too oily and I didn't get this with this product.

I have been using the above product over the last week. I have normal to dry type of skin with quite a few freckles. Found that the BB Cream was thick and it was easy to apply with fingers. I found that it gave a good sheer coverage with a matt finish and lasted well. It blended blemishes and freckles well. BB cream hydrated my skin however there was no actual sign of a reduction in wrinkles or that my skin was any firmer or plumper than before I started. The packaging was smart, the instructions were clear and straight forward however they were 3/4 way down the box and could have been easily missed. It worked well as a base to my foundation however I am not convinced with its other claims

I found this very similar to the Garnia Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream for normal skin. In fact, if it wasn't for the packaging, I wouldn't have noticed the difference. Again I used my fingertips to apply and found the cream gave a nice even coverage with no pore blocking. I did have to reapply after about 4-5 hours. I didn't notice any smell, which is a good thing for me. I did apply a mosturiser before applying the cream. I like the description on the front of the packaging. I'm not sure about the anti aging part though, as I probably need to use the cream longer to see any benefits of this. I felt the cream was like a 2in1, half mosturiser half foundation. Which for me, works well. Overall, reallly nice cream that I would definately buy again.

Inital thoughts were this was going to be greasy and dark on my skin, I was happily surprised. It was easy to apply and I felt like my skin had a luminescent glow to it.. which of course made me feel that I looked younger and my skin felt brighter. Won't say its a WOW product but I would definatley keep as a weekend/holiday product when you want just a little pep to your skin but don't want to have to put on a full face of make up. Would be great if it has a SPF in it. Thanks for the trial.
