Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Anti Ageing Review

This BB cream was lovely to use and really suited my skin. The cream went on smoothly, effortlessly and evenly and the colour was perfect for my skin. Some creams leave creases and feel unpleasant after a whole day, but this BB cream felt very natural and I wasn't in a hurry to cleanse it off at the end of the day! I normally don't wear any foundation because it feels heavy on my skin, so it was a nice change to enjoy wearing this BB cream. I would definitely recommend this BB cream.

I have sensitive skin and suffer from Rosacea. At 48 my skin is now showing signs of ageing. The first time I used the product I used it after my moisturiser and found it be quite greasy. After reading the instructions properly I now do not put the BB Cream on straight after moisturising. The cream is quite thick and I have not noticed any fragrance to it. I apply the cream with my fingers. It has a sheer coverage and to get the coverage that I prefer I apply it twice. It has a matt finish once dry. My skin has become noticeably smoother and firmer in the two weeks I have been using this product. I look forward to seeing a reduction in the signs of ageing the longer I use this product. Will definitely buy and will recommend to friends.

I had high hopes for this product right from the moment I tore open the packaging and read the description. Unfortunately, the product failed to live up to it's hype. It felt greasy on my skin, and the shine made me look as if I'd just gone out for a 5km run and hadn't showered. Add to that the fact that my not normally sensitive skin reacted to something in the cream and you can see why I wouldn't be purchasing this product. Sorry, fellow reviewers, but I just can't find it in me to write anything nice about this product other than I liked the packaging :(

I was very interested to try this as I have some uneven skin tone and quite a red nose. I was not expecting it to give enough coverage on my nose and it didn't, (so I still used concealer there) but it is great for evening out my skin tone overall.

Although the product seemed quite thick as it came out of the tube it was easy to apply with fingers and spread smoothly.

It didn't "settle" in my wrinkles which some foundations do, so that was a bonus.

I didn't notice any distinct smell which is a plus for me.

Product lasted quite well during the day.

I like the tube packaging, I think it's more hygenic than a bottle.

Overall I like this product very much and think it is good value for money.

I will continue to use this and will very likely purchase when this sample is finished.

I have normal mature skin and received the medium BB cream.

The cream was thick, but very easy to apply leaving a light matt finish, which i applied with a brush. Total coverage, blended in well with my skin tones and lasted all day .Leaves the skin feeling hydrated all day. I did use my usual moisturiser first. The BB cream has a very pleasant sweet floral perfume. As far as the "reducing wrinkles" i will need to be using this cream for the 4 weeks they recommend. . The packaging is pleasing to the eye and self explanatory. Very reasonably priced considering the small amount that one uses. Yes i would buy this again and recommend to my friends.

Thankfully being 23 I have no signs of aging.. Yet. But I have a few imperfections and worries which this particular BB cream says it covers. It was an interesting trial as it was the same week as the dreaded time of the month (TMI I know, sorry).

The first thing i noticed was the smell, as with the Garnier 'Normal' skin BB cream I found the same, but the anti aging cream does smell a little better even though it would be great if it didn't have a scent at all. I found it got worse as the day went.

The next thing I noticed was the consistency. It looks thick, but it applies really smoothly. As with all foundations, I prefer applying with a flat top brush. Gave me a dewy finish, but only lasted half the day. The other half of the day my face got really greasy.

The first day, I felt some sort of tingling just after I applied the bb cream. I wasn't sure if it was a reaction to it, or if it was something the cream did, I have applied it everyday this week and it definitely was not a reaction. Although as the week went on I started breaking out! And again, not sure if it was the "monthly".

As this week has gone by I have noticed my skin has felt a bit firmer but apart from that I haven't really noticed any other visible changes.

Pros: * Dewy finish * Applies really well

Cons: * Having oily skin, my face got greasier as the day went on * My face went blotchy/ looked cakey from putting powder on throughout the day to hide the oilyness * Strong fragant smell, that stays all day.

Nicely surprise about this product, it did better than I expected. I got a mix skin but the older I get the dryer it is. So using this cream really helps keeping it hydrated during the last cold days.

I got the medium shade and it really blend with my skin colour. My hubby was looking at me and saying that I look different (in a good way) but he didn’t know what it was. I think that was my favourite thing that it looks natural as you are not wearing anything but your skin is brighter.

The consistency is thick and it is very easy to apply. I just use my fingers. In the morning while I am hurrying the kids up, I don’t have much time for anything so I just use the BB cream and nothing else. It last me the whole day.

It has a mild nice fragrance that I also like.

The packaging is ok, nothing special.

I think the price is very good for what it has to offer as you don’t need much. The tube will last me for a while.

I have really enjoyed using this product it feels like velvet on the skin and offers a nice light coverage. Its makes your skin feel hydrated and firm and has a nice consistency. It has a pleasant smell that doesnt last on the skin. Has good packaging being in a tube so hygenic to use.
