Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Anti Ageing Review

This product is fairly thick and creamy and spreads easily, has a nice fragrance that disappears after a while, it is a shear cover tinted moisturiser so wont cover and blemishes you may want to hide and I haven't noticed a physical difference in the appearance of finelines and wrinkles, I did however find that with my sensitive skin it was a tad oily by the end of the day which didnt help with my pimple issues ( you'd think you get to my age and that wouldnt happen any more but it does). All in all i think its a great product but just not for my skin

Great to be able to try this BB Cream, as I use a different BB cream, I found that maybe I should have ordered the light colour as the first day I put it on It was to dark so had to blot it off so lesson learnt. It is a nice creamy consistency and just a mild smell so not offensive. The coverage was ok I would like it to have a higher SPF as especially being on the face and the harsh New Zealand sun. Would I buy this product NO as I use Bobbie Brown BB Cream With SPF of 35 and the shade is just right for my skin tone more expensive but worth it.

I enjoyed using the Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream, my skin is normal/combination with the occasional hormonal breakouts around my chin. I found the cream so easy to apply, it smelt nice and left my skin feeling really silky. It didn't cause my skin to breakout, and it definately evened out my skintone, making the mad dash to get the kids to school on time and not look half asleep possible! It certainly performed for me and I will be re-purchasing.

I was really pleased to be invited to partake in my first review for the new Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB cream.

The colour (light) was a perfect match for my winter complexion. The yellow undertones also toned down the redness in my skin, especially around the nose.

The product smoothed on easily and the consistency meant that it easily blended into my skin. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB cream gave me a radiant, glowing complexion.

I will continue to use Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB cream over winter, because it is a fantastic moisturiser that does exactly what it claims.

This was quite a nice face cream to apply, it smells pleasant, glides on nicely, and a little goes a long way. I applied it in the morning after moisturising (I have combination skin), and it made my skin soft and dewy. But, the colour was a little too dark for my skin tone. I’m quite pale and I had Light to trial so I had to bronze up around my neck and décolletage. I had to use some concealer as it did nothing to cover some obvious redness. But it was good to see it has a SPF as I won’t buy a product without it. I'm in my mid 30’s and I use regular foundation every day to work because I like to cover up my freckles, but I think I’d wear this in the weekends as its much lighter and it did make my skin look fresher. But the colour just needs to come down a shade or two.

On 1st opening this little tube of wonder I was a bit hesitant to apply as the consistency was rather thick, but this is a trial right? so off I went. I was nicely surprised though as the thick consistency was easy to apply and gave an even, yet sheer coverage. The tint was marginally too dark for me even though it was the light shade, but this wasn't really a problem because of the sheer finish so wasn't all that noticeable.

My skin type falls under 2 types,sensitive yet on it's way to being mature, so I did wonder if I was going to regret not putting my hand up to trial the BB cream for sensitive skin rather than the anti ageing one. I am happy to report that although my skin usually reacts adversely to many beauty creams, after day 5 of using the anti ageing BB cream, my skin has shown no signs of reacting. Garnier mentions that this BB cream gives up to 24 hour hydration and I would have to agree. I usually wear a moisturiser under other BB creams I have used, but for the sake of this trial I wanted to see how good the claimed moisturising properties were & found that I actually don't need to apply another moisturiser 1st,as this BB cream gives me enough hydration throughout the day leaving my skin still feeling nice & soft at the end of the day.

I like the fact that this product has a sunscreen, although at only SPF15 if I was to use it in the summer months I may opt to use it over a sunscreen with a higher SPF. The jury is still out as to whether it reduces wrinkles as I don't think 1 week is long enough to see if this lives up to its claim. Same too about evening out skin tone, I haven't noticed any difference there either.

The cream itself has a pleasant fragrance and the packaging is nicely presented for a product in this price range On the whole, I think this is a lovely BB cream for mature or drier skin types and I would definitely use it again

I have an oily/combination skin type & even at my age, I am still prone to breakouts. The product has a good consistency; Easy to apply overall. The product has a good fragrance as with all the Garnier products. Coverage is great; concealed my spots well & even though it lasted the whole day, it left my skin feeling more oily than when I used the Oil Free BB cream, which gives a good, matte cover. Priced well at most stores. Good packaging & ample product info on the box. So, all in all, a good product, however if my skin wasn't as oily as it is, then it would be a great product for me. I have recommended to a friend who has a normal skin type & she loves it.

I have been using this for four days so I wouldn't say that I could tell if the anti ageing claims are true.

My skin felt hydrated and not greasy. The coverage was rather light, I am used to wearing a full foundation, so it was refreshing to wear something more lighter then usual.

I found the smell of the product not unpleasant but it was a little strong.

The texture and colour of of the BB creme was good.

I am not sure I would buy it again, for the price its ok and worked nicely as a primer under my normal foundation.

I also tried mixing a bit of my concealer with it for more of a fuller coverage and this seemed to work nicely.

Its not bad....not fantastic but seems to do the job ok.
