I don't like dry shampoos as they make my scalp itch .Toners work well on blond hair to lift the colour so worth a try.

For those of you with dirty blonde natural hair, and exercise most mornings - how do you keep your hair looking clean?

I do HITT class or run most mornings, so I sweat a lot. My hair is quite oily anyway, and this darkens the colour of my hair (so much so that an old flatmate used to ask if I'd dyed my hair every other week when I was only washing 2 x a week).

I want to wash it everyday because of the sweat but I know that's bad. Rinsing with water only makes it feel cleaner but still looks dark. A hairdresser suggested ACV rinses which make my hair soft but then I smell subtly like vinegar all day. Dry shampoo is OK during the day but irritates my eyes if I sleep with it still in.

Is there a secret I don't know about or do I just need to get over my hair looking darker 5 days a week?!

Hi Mimi-Sheen can I suggest some blood tests? my thinning hair alerted my hairdresser to a big problem, and she prompted me to go to the Dr which was excellent advice as it turned out. Even things like iron deficiency can cause hair fall, and it's relatively easy to fix.

Sometimes you have to take a step back and enjoy some me time to relax. I know looking after littles is a full time job and studying as well makes you a superstar but you are also important so do discuss with your doctor too .

That sounds like it may be something else -I would discuss with DR as it could be perhaps stress related.

Hi gals!

I have been using Hask for quite some time now. Initially I saw good results, my hairs were soft and shiny. But for a year n half I'm experiencing hair loss. Could it be the shampoo? What are your experiences with Hask shampoos and conditioners?

We sold our gorgeous home in Auckland and moved to Hamilton. There were some valid reasons,  to be closer to my husband's family,  better value for your money, we managed to reduce our mortgage by quite a lot. The house we bought is only 2 years old so it's still new and shiny. I always try to look on the bright side.
