St Ives Body Lotion

This is one of my favourite moisturisers. It absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves the skin looking dewey and hydrated. I really like how this product has a thicker consistency than other moisturisers and how the scent is not overpowering.

This product is great value for money and will last you a very long time. I moisturise my whole body every night after showering and it lasts me several months.

I'm in my mid-thirties and have started to notice that my skin is beginning to show signs of ageing (especially my hands). I picked up St Ives' Skin Renewing body lotion (with Collagen & Elastin) hoping that it may help to delay any more noticable aging on my body!

The large pump action bottle means that the body lotion lasts a long time (it lasted me about 8 months, using it every night on my legs and sometimes on my arms). This is probably a very bad habit, but I don't often moisturise my whole body. Usually I only do my legs and sometimes arms as I can't reach my back and if I put moisturiser on my tummy, I feel a bit sweaty and uncomfortable.

This body lotion is very moisturising and leaves my skin feeling wonderfully soft and the subtle scent is feminine without being overpowering. It's non-irritating and is great to use after shaving. If I wax or epilate, I usually wait 24 hours before applying any kind of body lotion.

I received this in a gift box and must say it is quite good! I have sensitive skin and this hasn't irritated my hands and my hands feel soft and smooth after application. There is no greasy feel and it smells very nice and refreshing. I use it only on my hands and keep it at work .

I have used this product in the past and it does a good job, it leaves a velvety finish and doesn't feel oily. It has the right consistency in texture where it's not too runny or too thick. I find that having the pump bottle is very handy and dispenses a good amount of product from one pump where i can easily cover my leg in one go without being left with too much or to little that i need another pump. The bottle size is very generous so it lasts longer and has a nice curved shape in the side making it easier to hold without sliding through your fingers. But I recently got put off using this product because a friend of mine read somewhere that it's not a good brand to use in the long run (consistent use over a long period of time). I don't know if this is true or not but better safe then sorry right? Which is a shame because I do really enjoy using this product.

I grew up using this stuff as mum was a firm believer (and I think too, because there were so much kiddies, you got a lot for your bucks). A whole lot of product and its quality. The formula itself doesnt take long to absorb into the skin. Great scent, with my personal favourite being the daily hydration. The packaging is really bulky, but what do you eect, you get heaps if product. Good staple product, but not really something you want to cart around while travelling. Love that it has a pump also, as you dont get too much product all in one hit.

I got this as a gift and I was very impressed with it so much so that I kept buying it. I have dry sensitive skin so need something gentle and not heavily perfumed. I use it all over my body minus my face and the difference it has made is enormous! My skin is so soft and supple I get compliments on my skin all the time and it's because of St Ives. I love the pump action bottle it comes in because it means no accidental squirts of too much product and it keeps the bottle clean. There's nothing worse than grabbing a bottle that's greasy from just rubbed in cream hands. The smells are delicious and subtle which is a big thing for me. I don't like overpowering smelling creams because it lingers for a while after. I team this with the St Ives scrubs and the combination works wonders!

Amazing moisturiser. Definitely non-greasy, and absorbs quite fast leaving my skin extremely smooth and soft. Everyone in my family uses this now, and with some having sensitive skin, no reactions have been noticed at all. Also love the big bottle as it lasts forever, and the pump on the top makes it super easy to use instead of having to squeeze a bottle with slipper hands.

These moisturisers are amazing! I got quite badly sunburnt the other day (naughty me) and had no aloe Vera so I lathered on my oatmeal Shea and my skin was instantly feeling better- the next day there was no itch either. I have this in my bathroom and everyone in the family uses it including my hubby as it doesn't smell 'girly'

Wow!! All these lotions are amazing, I love the smell of there lotion and how they have the pump so it's easy to just pump the lotion out instead of always having to take off a lid! This lotion always leaves my skin feeling nice and soft and feeling amazing, perfect for dry skin!

I LOVE this stuff!!!

It has.such a yummy, subtle, almost baby-esque smell. It's nice on it's own but not overpowering or conflicting if you wanted to wear perfume.

The formulation is thick and creamy but absorbs really quickly and is one of the few products I'll use after a night shower and hop straight into bed without fear of the dreaded greasy yuck sheet feeling.

My skin is left feeling soft and smooth it's great for upkeep but as it's a just a lotion it can't work miracles. For serious scales or dry patches you're going to need something a little more heavy duty.

The one slight gripe I have with this is that it has weird little brown specks in it (the minerals maybe?) that don't always crush as I'm applying. I don't think they're visible to anyone who isn't two inches from my skin though and they do absorb it's not a major issue.
