Now over 100 years old NIVEA Cream is a great all purpose cream for dry hands and feet and chapped lips.

Use on those dry damaged areas, slather on your hands or feet and put a pair of gloves or socks on for super soft skin in the morning.

Nivea Cream

Ok so i have been trialing this product for almost a week now, using daily on lips, hands and feet. I was worried about the cream tasting funny but it has no taste and does the lips wonders, much to my surprise!! However after applying to hands and feet it leaves them oily for a while which i don't like. Six days later and i am noticing softer hands and feet so i do like this product for soft skin but really do not like the initial oily feeling after applying.

Nivea

I liked the texture of this - it is smooth, creamy and absorbent. It went into my skin but it left a slight oily residue.

This has a distinct smell to it but I liked that. It smells fresh and clean.

Like other products with plastic bottles I found that after a while this started to smell like plastic. I think the product absorbs some of the plastic from its bottle and I highly dislike this.

If this came in a glass bottle I would repurchase. Because it doesn't I won't buy this again or recommend it.

Beautiful smelling but abit greasy

I love the smell of this cream but since I have oily skin, this seems to not help with that. I found it didn't absorb well into my skin instead sitting on the surface and just made my skin greasy. Not for me

A good old classic!

Nivea is such a household name and I remember this cream from my teenage years, it was the first I owned for myself (rather than stealing off mum!).

It does moisturise really well but I am really fussy when it comes to any greasy feel and I find this one a touch greasy.

I wish I could say I like the smell, like I mentioned it's nostalgic so I love it for that but really the scent is plain and boring. I love more perfumed moisturisers, unless you want natural perfume free but this isn't that either.

It's a good price, it's easy to find and it does moisturise but I look for something a bit more exciting these days :)

A great skincare Staple

Nivea was one of my first creams to try out . Amongst other old favourites like Ponds and Olay. My skin type is dry but can be acne prone at different times. What enjoy about nivea is that it's readily available at any stores. Nivea is an all time family favourite brand.

This cream comes in a large 50 ml pot. It has the trational blue and white Nivea brand colours. The consistency of this cream is thick and creamy. It has a mild creamy scent that's distinctive to this Nivea brand.

On application this cream smooths out over my skin nicely. It feels smooth and soft against my skin. I like to apply this cream on my face and body. This pottle can last me up to three weeks with daily usage. I think its extremely affordable to buy. All up a great staple item to have in your skincare routine.

Very hydrating

This is a very heavy, oily product so only recommend it for days when you feel extra dry. This product does leave your skin with a nice shine which looks really nice during summer. For daily use I would recommend the lighter blue or white Nivea bottles.

Nivea Cream

I found this product to be very thick in consistency, and after application it took some time for the greasy feeling to disappear.

I found this product smelt great like most other moisturisers by Nivea - of which I love.... But, I am really disapointed in the absorbtion rate - greasy is a deal breaker for me.

However, if the intended use for this cream was as a night cream, and it was advertised as such, I would be happy to cope with the greasiness if it meant lustrious hydrated beautiful skin in the morning.....

I think if this produst was marketed with a specific demographic with strong branding, product identity and packaging it would be a amazing success.

Good Old Fashioned Nivea Cream

I used to use this back in the day when I wanted a heavier emollient cream. Since this formula had been around for ages it was recommended to me when I first got eczema on my hands and needed a heavier cream. It's still good but takes a long time to absorb though and can leave your hands greasy. The reason I stopped using it is because I found better options for my eczema hands.

Love Nivea

I love Nivea moisturisers. This use to be my number one moisturiser until they brought out those white ones and i find them a little lighter but still really moisturising. You do have to rub this one in a bit more but it really does its job

Tips: if your moisturising straight out of the shower make sure you dry yourself totallly or this one will slide over

Nothing special

Nivea is a brand we all constantly pass in the supermarket, it is surrounded by specials drawing you to it's midnight blue stand. Nivea has been around for years and is one of the leading brands alongside Dove which offer affordable Cosmetics for the average woman.

I'm not too fussy when it comes to moisturising my feet, anything that looks like its going to sort out my crusties will do. If one thing Nivea provides...its thick rich creams, ideals for those tootsies.

This is a product which needs to be applied twice everday to see the desired reuslts. it made my feet feel softer and less sore after a hard days work. The smell wasn't anything special, wasn't over empowering just a light floral scent. When I buy products i'm normally drawn into the smell as it adds to the experience. Nivea didn't deliver on this front.

Tips: Do not use on your face...to oily thick ...and alkaline bases- this will strip your skin of its natural acid mantle. I.e the protective barrier of your skin. It will only provide a negative feed back system on the skin...so your skin will feel great when its applied but it will not reverse the effects of ageing or sun damage etc.
