Garnier Fructis Hair Food Banana Conditioner

Love this Hair food banana conditioner. When I first got it I was super hesitant but when I used it for the first time I was in love! It is so lightweight and makes my hair so soft!!!!!

I struggle with reeeeaaally dry hair, so bad, split ends, dandruff, the whole lot. Until trialing this product is been using conditioners from other brands of similar price range, and they’ve helped somewhat. But I feel like this conditioner is a real winner.

It smells yummy, comes in a very cute, novelty juice bottle, and the packaging is very eco friendly. Garnier puts a lot of stress on the vegan formula, which I know would appeal to many. It’s always great to know that zero animals have been harmed for our hair and beauty desires.

If you’re worried that the banana scent will linger and come off on your bedding and clothing, don’t stress. It’s lovely in the shower but I haven’t noticed anything afterwards.

My one concern, as with all conditioners, is that you’ve got to use a considerable amount to cover your hair, and mine is only shoulder length. I’ll definitely finish the bottle of conditioner before the shampoo, but it’s so worth it!

I’ve noticed that it’s pretty similar to other products of similar price range, so it’s just a matter of paying for quality. No more dandruff or itchy ness, a d my hair is looking really healthy. It’s not been weighed down, but it’s not poofy and untameable either. The one thing I have noticed that is different from the rest is that my hair is SO soft.

this is one of the best condition I have used. I really smells amazing and it just absorbed into my hair.

I have blonde bleached hair and one would think I just need the expensive salon brands but this worked perfectly for my dry hair it gave my hair a beautiful volume and little to no fizz.

I’m so impressed by this Conditioner! Not only does it smell incredible while washing your hair, it leaves a scent for up to 2 days after. It really does an awesome job at ensuring your hair is clean and it’s one of those products where if I ran out of my “good stuff”, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this as it’s got a really good price point and is easily accessible. The fact that its 95% organic as well, is another reason why I would happy use as an alternative to my salon grade product! Highly recommend, especially if you love bananas!

This is my new go too when it comes to conditioner! It’s light weight but yet really moisturises my hair. I was a bit dubious at first and didn’t really think I would like this product, but I am sold! My curls look amazing….better than when I use salon brand hair products :/ I have even used the conditioner as a leave in treatment thing, and gone to work. Curls looked amazing and not weighed down at all! AND it smells really good too!

Love the smell of this, smells like banana milkshake and it's awesome how they made the shampoo and conditioner to use along side the hair masks.. 98% natural which I love. Nice thick formula which lathers the hair nicely and leaves hair feeling soft when im rinsing. Will continue to use and recommend these products.

I love that the conditioner is a really thick consistency and it's feels super hydrating on my hair but does not leave it feeling weighed down.

After using this conditioner my hair is left feeling shiny, nourished and healthy. It really smooths out the hair and get rids of any dryness at the ends.

As it is really thick I like to focus the product on the ends of my hair and bring the excess up to the scalp to avoid overloading the roots.

The smell of this conditioner is just delicious, it is super fruity and yummy. Leaves my hair smelling like banana lollies.

I love that this is a vegan product with a lot of naturally derived ingredients but it is still and afforable accessible super market brand.

I will be buying this over and over again, my hair feels beautiful and healthy with this conditioner and I love it!!

Thank-you Beauty review for sending me the Garnier Fructis Banana hair food conditioner to trial. This range is recommended for dry hair so this is prefect for me as I have long dry hair. The conditioner packaging differs slightly to the shampoo being that it's white and not yellow. I like to put the bottle under the hot water before use as it can be a bit hard to get out as it's quite thick.The conditioner is 98% natural origins and contains no silicones and artificial colourants. As the conditioner is quite concentrated I find I only need a 50 cent size piece spread midway down to my ends to get good coverage. It left my hair soft and fairly manageable but not completely knot free. I blow dry my hair and live in a very dry environment so I find it virtually impossible to achieve knot free hair. Overall a nice smelling, easy to use conditioner that make my hair soft.

Rich creamy formula and delicious scent. Cute bottle. But overall, this conditioner is pretty standard.

I’m not convinced that banana is a magic hair-saving ingredient. While i was able to comb my hair easily, the damage wasn’t reversed or improved. If you enjoy the smell then this will be good enough to detangle your hair, but seriously compromised hair would need something more targeted and heavy duty.

This conditioner comes in a 350ml and smells delicious. The conditioner is white and is a thick consistency and you don't need much of it. My hair felt soft and bouncy and smelt great. It doesn't weigh your hair down at all.
