Have you tried eye shadow transfers before?

Do you watch YouTube beauty gurus blending their eyeshadows into amazing looks and wish you could acheive the same result?

If you're even slightly heavy handed like me you probably end up looking like a clown or a cabaret performer 9 times out of 10. Where to place the right shades, how and where to blend.  It's a skill that's for sure!

Enter Eyeshadow Transfers.  Or Eyeshadow Tattoos.  Or Eyeshadow Stickers.  These pre-powdered transfers have done the hard work for you, by placing the shades in the right place.  All you need to do is apply them!

Well we're super curious - who's used them?  Do they work well?  Have you created great looks using eyeshadow transfers or did you find them less than great?

This doesn't seem like a great idea, as they're not custom made so will look different on everyone as each has their own eye shape and size

Never heard of them until now, probably a bit expensive for everyday use. I would rather stick to my normal everyday eyeshadow.

I have seen these around but never tried them..if I found ones with colours I liked I would be hella keen to try them but in the past they have been rather naff colours!

I remember these when I was younger and all I thought was what would happen if you stick them on crooked :)

Well now this is interesting! Never come across them before! But hey willing to give anything a go if it makes my life easier to apply!

These have always looked really scary to me! I cant imagine them fitting well or placing nicely or anything. would be interesting to try.

I can't really say these appeal! I like my eyeshadow to be well blended, and I guess I could blend more once the transfer is done - but to me that kind of defeats the purpose.

A few years ago I brought some CHICHI transfers from Farmers. This was when CHICHI was first being established in Farmers. I was so excited to try them! But that excitement was shortly lived after I tried them. It was a big fail. Colour transfer wasn't too great; what with my darker skin and hooded eyelids. It's a cool concept but not very practical.

I've seen them and they look great if they work! If I could get those great eyeshadow looks directly onto my eyes that sounds good to me! I'd be interested to see if they last and if they're as easy as the pictures make it look.

They certainly look gorgeous on the models.

They do look interesting but one size fits all! Be interesting to see how they would go. Gosh and if you put them in the wrong pace on you lid he he

I have never tried or even seen these but am intrigued

I have seen them in the shops but have never been game enough to try them. I would worry that I would somehow screw it up and it would look wonky or I would waste them. I am intrigued to find out how they would look and whether they are idiot proof. I also wonder what they are made of and whether or not it would make my skin react to it. If they did work I would like to see sensitive ones as well.

Saw these in farmers but was too dubious to buy. Knowing me though it would probably look way better than anything I'll ever achieve even if I screw up the application. Looks convenient though it must save so much time

The concept sounds great for those of us who are a little challenged to get a nice look. Price would be a big factor as I would think eye shadow palettes would be cheaper in the long run. not sure how evenly they would adhere or if my eye would be the right shape. To get me to buy them someone would probably have to demonstrate them on me first to show me exactly how they could benefit me.
