So we're back with another trial team from the cult brand CeraVe!  This time we're looking for reviewers to form a trial team reviewing two products; both products are suitable for skin with Ketatosis Pilaris and Eczema - two conditions that can be at the least; annoying, and at the most, painful and frustrating to live with.

Keratosis Pilaris is a common and harmless skin condition where small bumps are present, mostly on the arms, bottom, back, thighs and sometimes the face. The bumps can blend into the skin, or may be red, pink or brown and some people find KP itchy.  The bumps are caused by an excess production of keratin, which gets trapped in the hair follicle.  It's most common in children and teens, with women more likely to experience it than men.

Eczema is a common skin condition, of red, itchy and/or dry skin.  Eczema can be quite mild, or very servere - impacting daily life in some cases.  The causes of Eczema can be complex, the most easy to identify are irritants such a soaps, wool, heat or sweating.  Allergens such as pollen and foods can also cause a flare up.  Emotional stress is another eczema trigger.

Eczema commonly begins on the face, hands and feet, but it can spread to the whole body.  Eczema can be identified by itching, redness, tiny fluid filled blisters, dry, pale patches of skin and areas of leathery, thick skin.

One key factor in both soothing and preventing eczema flare ups is moisturising.

This trial team will be reviewing the Smoothing SA Cleanser and the Smoothing SA Moisturising Cream.  Both products work together to exfoliate, soften and smooth dry, rough, bumpy feeling skin without disrupting the protective skin barrier.

Both my 14 year old daughter and myself 50 years old suffer from both conditions! Eeeek it seems I may have passed it on. I have used many products over the years but have yest to find that absolute winning combo, could this be it? I'd love a chance to trial CeraVe and find out (I've heard so many good things online) and share my experience with fellow sufferers and curious consumers alike. Thank you.

I get eczema and find it difficult to get good products that don't irritate my skin, these sound ideal for me.

Both myself and my daughter have Keratosis pilaris on our upper arms, it is so annoying, and I have heard amazing things about this product. Its exciting that it is now available here, as I have tried ordering from overseas in the past and I couldnt find it in stock anywhere. I didnt realise that this worked for eczema as well, which would be amazing as I get ezcema from allergies, particularly in winter when the house is all closed up to keep warm. I would love to trial this product!

I always wondered what the little bumps were that I get on my arms especially in the winter and now my daughter has them too, we’d love to trial this product and see if it helps.

Since starting a new job at a cafe something is reacting with the skin on my face causing red itchy patches on my cheeks and forehead. I have been using Cetaphil which has been making a huge improvement but would love to try this to see if it also can help

I get really bad eczema in my hands and around my eyes sometimes ans my daughter also gets it on her chest and back so I would love to review this and see if it helps or not!

Oh my god this would be so good to try. I have small spots of eczema across my hands, face, legs, back, all over. I have changed my diet several times and what worked when I was younger doesn't work now. It's such a horrible annoying condition to have. I am so sick of using a steroid cream but it's the only thing that helps. Really interested in seeing the reviews on this.

Myself and my 12 year old daughter would absolutely love to try these. She has had eczema since she was 6 months old, now she’s almost a teenager it’s definitely starting to knock her confidence back. We have to be super careful with what we use on her, especially her face as that’s the area that flares up the most. I have heard wonderful things about these two products and I would love to put my hand up please. I would love to trial it on my daughters eczema (and hope that it works so I can start introducing safe and effective skincare that not only cleanses her skin but helps treat the eczema as well ) and I would also love to trial it on my KP. I have it all over my upper arms and the backs of my legs. I have tried so many different products and nothing has helped so far. How lovely it would be to be able to wear tshirts again without being ashamed of my body.

I have Eczema, I flair up with stress and when I wear a face mask. Which as a nurse I have to be in an n95 for every shift, which causes breakouts and flare ups of eczema. It starts at my face, spreads to patches on my neck, chest, elbows and hands. It takes a lot of hydrocortisone and some oat water soaks to try manage them, but I would love to find an alternative.

I'd love to try these products. I suffer from eczema on my face (which has been particularly bad recently), back, hands, arms and legs and finding products that help is hard

I’d love to try this product, given I have a mild form keratosis Polaris. It’s flared up quite a bit over the last month and state trying soap free soaps, special Moisturisers; I’m open to trying something different, with the hope it helps the itchiness.

I have both keratosis pilaris and eczema unfortunately! So far I have been loving the cerave moisturising cream for my eczema as it is hydrating and occlusive. The eczema is mostly on my neck and hands. Those steriod creams the gp gives me don't seem to work at all! The kp is just all over my legs and arms so haven't found a cost-effective solution yet considering the large surface area!

I would love to try these!

I get really bad eczema on my hands which gets worse over winter. Specially since COVID with having to use hand sanitizer etc. I also have small bumps on my thighs which I use an exfoliating mitt on so would be keen to try these products to see if they help with either of my issues.
