I've just swapped to using Chia oil instead of rosehip oil and so far I am loving the switch! I use quite a few products already from the Goodness range so it only made sense to swap my old oil for their chia oil. I apply this every night before bed, after I have washed and exfoliated I apply this right away. My skin is looking so much fresher at the moment and I wake up with my skin feeling hydrated. The packaging from Goodness is really lovely too, infact it's lovely along their whole range. I like their simplicity! I can't wait to buy this again once I'm finished the current bottle I have.

Before this product, I had been using Trilogy's Rosehip oil and had gone through 3 of them.
My skin is combo/oily, and is prone to breakouts. It is quite scarred so I was hoping that rosehip would help with the pigmentation.
However, I felt that rosehip was a bit pricey, so when I saw this on special at Countdown decided to pick it up.
I like the packaging. I enjoy the pipette applicator which allows me to dispense the exact number of drops. I like the scent much more than rosehip.
I've found it to be moisturising enough for me, but not heavy or greasy - which rosehip actually tended to be on my skin. It made my skin feel hydrated and fresh. I would use 4 drops at night and 2 drops during the day. It absorbed much easier than rosehip and feels super lightweight.
It didn't break me out at all, in fact, because it was so moisturising and hydrating, it actually seemed to improve my skin's pigmentation.
So if you have skin like mine, then I think this would be a good product for you. It might not work so well for super dry skin.
I came across this at the Warehouse in a handy travel pack that comes with different samples of the Goodness products, otherwise this is not something I would buy - until I tried it! A little goes a long way, my skin can get oily, but it also has very dry days especially since I have gone back to using powered makeup. After a couple of weeks, my skin is looking soft and if I didn't know any better, I am sure it has plumed it out and made my face less tired looking. I love this now, it is my go-to when I find any dry patches, and it is easily absorbed. When I do have those oily skin days, I still use this just because my skin feels so nourished afterwards, it does take a little longer to absorb then, but I am happy with that because of the benefits.
Tips: Apply to your face as soon as you get out of the shower, helps dried out skin. I also add this to my evening moisturiser for extra nourishment :-)
I scored this from Cleo for free!!
Sadly I'm allergic to it though! I got all itchy & red immediately after putting it on my face.
It comes in a Glass bottle with a dropper in the lid.
I found I needed quite a few drops to cover my whole face but I think this would last quite a while still.
This is one of my all time face oils and I love the fact that it is organic too! I started using this when I had mega dry skin and lets just say my skin was a hot mess and nothing was healing it.
I started using this chia seed oil on my dry skin and it cleared about about 60% of the dryness in under 24 hours. I have been using this on a daily basis since then and I haven't had any problems with dry skin since.
I recommend giving this a try, you wont be dissapointed :)
I guess I filled in a free sample thing online because I received this baby in the mail much to my surprise. It comes in a lavender coloured box and is really quite generous to be a freebie. It's full size I would think comparing size to other oils in the range.
It is a glass brown bottle with a dropper to make it convenient for usage. I find that the dropper means that I don't have to worry about spillage nor wastage. It gives the perfect amount every sing time. The oil itself is oil colour and has no prominent smell to it. It's very thick but I would expect that from an oily product.
I love that it has organic Chia Seel in it because I have found alot of benefits from chia seeds. I consistently have them in my cooking and to aid my weight loss journey so I can only imagine the goodness it has for the skin.
I use four drops of this for my face and use it as my night routine. I prefer not to use it in the morning because I have quite an oily T zone so to put more oil on doesn't make sense. I massage it in to all areas of my face and let it to sink in which it does quite well.
I also use this on my nail cuticles to give them some pep in their step especially during the summer when my cuticles have the tendency to peel and split. My skin is super soft and plump and my cuticles are healthier than ever at this time of year. I love this stuff and it is actually well named....Goodness because it really is goodness in a bottle.
Tips: Rub it in to your nails and cuticles to help promote healthy nails
I got this as part of the cleo giveaway,
I love it, it's a full size product at 20ml, i've seen it at my local supermarket for $20+ the packaging consists of a cardbox box with all labelling and lots of info. the actual product is applied through a dropper, which is great and actually means you can monitor your usage, as well as not contaminating the product.
I use this at night after removing my makeup and cleansing.
I have also been using it as a spot treatment for pimples and it reduces the redness quite well.
I have oily skin but this is absorbed into my skin quite nicely, it is a bit greasy but since the rate of absorption is fast I am happy to use it.
the small is quite neutral no fancy smell or overpowering scents.
Tips: great for long time use, last a long time and is on a dropper so no contamination here! only need to use a small amount!
Found this to be a really nice light oil. I wasn't a huge fan of the scent, but found it went away after a few minutes. Soaked really nicely into my skin & felt really hydrating!
I won this in a competition and like many other oils this one was just as amazing.
The wee glass 20ml bottle has a droplet applicator which makes it easy to get the perfect amount out of product out of the bottle.
Morning I use this after I cleanse my face over a moisturizer. A wee pee size amount is perfect for the entire face. I did find when applied around the eye area my eyes would water, maybe a little sensitive.
At night I use the same amount as I do in the morning and apply it just before I go to bed.
Within a week of using this product I found its helped improve the natural oils in my skin not making my face oily but keeping it well hydrated and moisturized. Helping my skin to not dry out, making applying make up easier.
I prefer this overy a moisturizer and because it's so well priced I'll read purchase when I run out.
Tips: A pee sized amount is the perfect amount.
I can see why this has been top rated, after using this for 2 months, I have already purchased a back up bottle. It was my first time using Chia seed oil, in the past I have used various Rosehip oils with mixed results, I would say the Chia seed oil is a little sister to the facial oil family.
It comes packaged in a purple bottle with a large glass dropper, 4 drops on my face is enough to cover my face and neck. Even though it is an oil, it is very lightweight, once it is massaged into the skin it merges into my skin and instantly hydrates. I enjoy how it doesn't leave any greasy residue and gives a natural glow to my skin. I use this in the morning after washing my face and at night before bed. I also like to apply this on my skin 15 minutes before applying makeup, it gives a smooth velvet like canvas and fills all the fine lines on my skin.
Over the past month I have noticed my hormonal acne scars disappearing and the dark pigments in my chin starting to fade.
I would highly recommend this to everyone.
