I love the way this makes my skin look and feel immediately after applying. I'm not sure if there's been any long term results but it is lovely to use and a price that means I can keep using it to find out! While I had problems reacting or something with the every morning moisturiser I have had none using this so I can use this as a replacement but be careful not to get it on your sensitive eye area as I noticed after a few times accidentally swiping it there I have a wee milia moisture bead.

I got this in the best beauty box ever and all I can say is wow it's amazing, I have very sensitive skin and didn't think this would work but I was really suprised by it. Use it every day helps clear skin and makes its nice and soft
This is a really affordable and natural oil that I use before bed to deeply moisturize my face. I only use this on days when I intensively cleanse or feel like my face is very dry. In the morning I'll wake up with noticeably softer skin and my face feels supple and bouncy. I've had this bottle for quite a few months now and I still have 3/4 of it left, so one bottle will last for ages. I use two or three drops warmed up between my palms then gently pressed into my face after toner/moisturizer etc. I haven't noticed any changes in my acne or sensitive skin due to this but I'm glad it's not irritating me. Highly recommend this and the brand!
I have oily-combination skin and Rosehip oil has never really done anything for me. However, when I got this in a box of Goodness Starter kit, it was a great chance to try another oil, without the massive commitment.
I've been using it for about 8 weeks, and I love it! I only use it at night after a double cleanse, and my skin has never looked so good and clear. In the Starter kit, you get a tiny tiny bottle, it is super cute and has a little dropper, I found this was the perfect amount, but even when I used too much, my skin did not mind and my pillow case was fine too. There is a slight oily smell, but it is quite pleasant and doesn't last long. This is the oil I will be purchasing from now on.
Like others I was lucky enough to win a bottle of this chia seed oil from Goodness and found it a pleasure to use. I found it moisturising enough to use both morning and night without moisturiser, and 3 drops was generally all I needed (4 if my skin was extra dry) so the bottle lasted a decent amount of time. The scent was nutty but mild and definitely bearable - I donāt actually remember if I noticed a scent when I used it, and I had to smell the now empty bottle to recall the scent.
It was my first time using a chia seed oil so I wasnāt sure how my oily/acne prone skin would react. The website claims it doesn't clog pores and that it's good for combo skin, and my experience definitely supports that - I had no problems at all and my skin seemed to love the product. It absorbed easily and didn't leave me looking oily. Iād happily purchase it for myself as itās a no fuss product that works just as it should.
Tips: I like to add a drop to my foundation each day - it makes my foundation go on more smoothly and means it never gets stuck on flaky patches of skin.
I was advised by a lovely friend in the skincare profession to try Chia Seed oil to help balance my skin a while back and I was also very lucky to have been chosen to receive a free Goodness Organic Chia Seed Oil through an online promotion.
Well I have to say I haven't looked back since I first tried it... It's light and easy to apply, mixes well with other products and doesn't have a strong or over powering scent. It has done absolute wonders for my skin by nourishing it and hydrating it all at once. My acne is almost a thing of the past with only the occasional hormonal breakout to speak of my skin has never looked clearer. My hyper-pigmentation is almost gone and I think that is to do with the fact that I can add a drop or two of rose hip oil to this and it helps carry it to where it is needed. This oil feels so light and comfortable on my skin and using it at night time means I want it to be absorbed quickly into my skin and not leave residue on my pillow.
The packaging is cute and easy to read, it is simple yet has enough info. The vial of oil has a pipette type glass dropper with rubber top. This wee bottle of Goodness lasts a while too as long as you use it according to directions... I added a few extra drops and applied to my decolletage and neck as well as using it as a carrier for rose hip oil for other areas as needed.
Tips: If you find using oil a bit greasy or too messy simply apply a few drops to your regular moisturiser and mix then apply.
So Ive been using the amazing range of the roseships oil and decided to give this product a go to see if there was much of a difference between the different oils. I absolutely loved the cute sized jar it came in, the oil itself has a very soft fragrance, I did feel it took a while to rub in as I had to put more drops onto skin to get a all over coverage. it was kind of drying and didnt absorb into skin as fast as I would have liked it too.
I got this for free like many of the others and am glad I did as it is probably not something that I would just choose to purchase.
The product is easy to use as it comes with its own applicator and you just squeeze out a few drops onto your skin and then rub it in. You really only need a small amount as it goes a long way so one bottle will last months.
I find that it is not too sticky and absorbs quite easily which is nice if you're using just before bed and leaves my skin feeling refreshed when I wake up in the morning.
The lack of nasties is reassuring and the fact that it is made in New Zealand is good to know as its good to support homegrown quality products.
Overall, I would repurchase as it does what says and for a reasonable price which is what you want in this product.
I was sent this as part of a giveaway. I think it was a magazine that was giving out about 2000 of these. When I signed up, I was just thinking it would be a little sample but I was lucky enough to get the full 20ml bottle size.
This comes in a standard oil bottle with the dropper in it so you can easily get the small amount that you need out without waste. The bottle is made of dark glass and with the silver lid and purple packaging, I think it looks really appealing and more expensive than what it actually is.
I love facial oils but my experience so far has only been with jojoba and rosehip oils. Chia seed oil to me is a much lighter version of oil. I find this sinks into my skin very quickly and although it does feel hydrating, it isn't as hydrating as the other oils I have used. I do have very dry skin so I prefer the more hydrating options but it is nice to be able to apply this and then not have to wait a long time before applying moisteriser and makeup. I would imagine this would be the perfect oil for more normal and oily skin types as I think those skin types would benefit much more from the lighter hydration.
I personally like to use 5 drops of this. I find this covers my face and neck pretty adequately without being overly greasy. I've been using this for a couple of months and have used just over half the bottle up with just applying this once a day in the morning. Even though this is only a small bottle, it will last a long time so I feel like it's good value for money.
I probably won't specifically go out and buy this once I'm done but I would use it again if it was in a beauty box or giveaway. But that really is because of my dry skin, not because I think it's a bad oil so I would recommend it to a friend who didn't share my skin type.
I won this in a competition and like many other oils this one was just as amazing.
The wee glass 20ml bottle has a droplet applicator which makes it easy to get the perfect amount out of product out of the bottle.
Morning I use this after I cleanse my face over a moisturizer. A wee pee size amount is perfect for the entire face. I did find when applied around the eye area my eyes would water, maybe a little sensitive.
At night I use the same amount as I do in the morning and apply it just before I go to bed.
Within a week of using this product I found its helped improve the natural oils in my skin not making my face oily but keeping it well hydrated and moisturized. Helping my skin to not dry out, making applying make up easier.
I prefer this overy a moisturizer and because it's so well priced I'll read purchase when I run out.
Tips: A pee sized amount is the perfect amount.
