Neutrogena Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser Review

I do suffer from bumpy skin and larger pores, with breakouts around my chin, so I was keen to try this product. After about a weeks use I have found my skin to be much smoother with less visible pores, and have not had any new outbreaks. So yes, I would definately use this again

This is a really easy product to use and achieves a light exfoliation and really takes make up off at same time Under $20 and available at Farmers and grocers it is easy to find. This made my skin feel really soft and after using for 4 weeks I can see the pores of my skin don't look so obvious.

I have been using this exfoliating cleanser in conjunction with the Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner for a few months now and I am really happy with the effect it has had on my skin! Because this is an exfoliating cleanser, I use it 2-3 times a week. I have oily skin and generally only break out during that time of the month. My skin is clear most of the time, but I do suffer from large pores and find they are more prominent when wearing makeup. When I first started using this product, I really liked the creamy feel it gave to my skin, and I liked that it left my skin feeling nice and Smooth. After a few weeks of using this product I was disappointed that nothing seemed be happening ! My pores were still large, and my skin had started to break out. I wasn't sure if this was the cause of this cleanser, but I continued to use the product because I didn't want to waste it. Fast forward a few months and I can definitely see a huge improvement in my skin! My pores are less visible, the pores on my cheeks are non existent as well. My skin feels so smooth, and applying make up is so much easier. I have had issues with blackheads across my nose in the past and find this cleanser has also helped prevent those from appearing.This product claims that you will have smaller pores week after week and I do feel that over time this product definitely achieves that. I love this product, it does everything right for my skin type and its so affordable that I will continue to use it.

I decided to purchase this cleanser after seeing the good reviews it got on BR. I have to say I have not been disappointed. After a only a few days of using it I could already see the pores on my nose and forehead visibly reduce in size. The consistency is a nice thick cream which goes nicely onto my face and the cleansing bits in it are very small and don't at all feel harsh on my skin. The scent it not very overpowering or girly but all the same it smells nice and I enjoy using it. The cleanser is quite a generous size will last me ages even using it on a daily basis. This is definitely a must have part of my skin are routine now!

I received this in the last vault and was pleased because I had seen it reviewed on BR. The packaging is good value for money, a large tube (198mls) which is going to last a long time, as you only need a squeeze of the tube big enough to fill your palm. It's soap-free, which is good for me as my skin can be sensitive at times. My skin is combination with an oily t zone. The fragrance is not unpleasant, but slightly chemical. It's mild enough to be used daily, but I use it every second day. I have been using it for several weeks, now, and have noticed the texture of my skin has improved. The pores seem less noticeable, too. I would recommend for anyone who wants to improve the texture of their skin and pores.

I love this cleanser because the exfoliating microbeads mean a good cleanse, removing dirt and oil and doing their job, but they are not big enough to scratch your skin or feel harsh at all. Even after the first time I used it I noticed smaller pores, less oil and my face was so smooth and silky and lush! Because it's so gentle, it's fine for a daily cleanser and you don't need much at all.. It has a very silkly texture which goes a long way and lathers well and because it's a large bottle (200ml I believe) it's pretty cost effective! The packaging is nice - very soft and easy to squeeze - no stiff finger problems or stiff lids! Although I like to try new brands and shop around, I'm sure I will keep buying this cause I do love it that much!

I have been using this cleanser for the last two weeks and I'm really impressed! After only two days I noticed my pores appeared smaller and my face felt smoother. The tiny microbeads make your skin feel clean but not harshly scrubbed. The smell isn't amazing but leaves your skin dealing fresh. I used it every day for the 1st week but find I only need to use it 3 times a week now to keep my pores tiny. I did find it dried my skin out the 1st week I was using it but since then I haven't had any dryness. Overall very happy to come across a product that does exactly what it says it will!

I LOVE this product and used it for years up until recently when I had to go for something a little more hard core (oh the joys of sunbathing in my youth and the effect it's had on my skin in my not-so-youth!). Now back then my skin was more combination, even more prone to break outs and I was holding a pore party every day of the week. And I was starting to see pigmentation from sunbathing. I used NPREC twice a day, morning and night and I definitely noticed a reduction in breakouts, it dealt to some of the lesser pigmentation and my skin just looked less gunky. I didn't see a reduction in pore size by half, but they definitely looked smaller. For the price this product is simply amazing. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I suffer from large pores on my nose and my nose can get very oily during the day which I try to hide by applying translucent powder every couple of hours. So when I saw this appear and chances were I wouldn’t make the trial team I just went out and brought it myself (like the independent lady I am).

I’m currently using this product about every three days. Not daily as suggested as my skin was starting to dry out. After using this product my face is oh so clean and feels smooth to touch. I do notice a difference in my pore size (not life changing) but a defiant improvement, and for the price of only $15 I can’t complain. I will defiantly be buying this again once it runs out which won’t be for awhile as you don’t even have to use that much.

This cleanser's microbeads are very hard, but create a good exfoliating effect. There aren't a lot of beads so it doesn't exfoliate much, which is good as it's recommended as a daily cleanser. My skin feels smoother, and uneven skin is a little more even now. The only problem i have with this is that the smell reminds me of the mini bottles of soapy stuff for blowing bubbles I bought as a kid-not the most enjoyable facial cleanser smell.
