MAC Lipstick Review

Love MAC lipsticks. Long wearing and such a gorgeous variety of colours! Love the Amplified range particularly if you are wanting something with a little pop!

Does exactly what it is supposed to. The lipstick has staying power meaning I have to reapply less. I love creme sheen with gloss over top. I actually cannot fault Mac lipsticks! They are the best!

Are they expensive? Yes, they're practically an investment, but they're worth every penny. Even a beginner could tell the difference between applying a MAC lipstick vs. a drugstore lipstick. The formulas (notice the plural, they have a few to suit everyone) are thick and creamy but long lasting. The colours are more pigmented than you could ever imagine, and the shades - I wouldn't know where to begin. A year ago I couldn't fathom the idea of spending $40 on a lipstick, but after purchasing my first they began flying into my makeup bag faster than I could process how much money I had spent. You can find good quality lippies for less, but every girl should own at least one. They are unbeatable.

I love mac lippy's. Ruby woo is my ultimate! Its a beautiful bold red in a flat matte colour. Always get comment on how babe'n I look in it and how much it suits me. Does dry my lips out a little bit though.

MAC lipstick is really nice to apply as it has a butter like texture to it and doesn't dry up your lips like other lipsticks can. the colour stays on for hours after you first apply and the colour variety is amazing i have both nude colours and bold and i love them both.

After seeing so much hype about this colour on youtube I decided to give it a go and I'm never looking back! This lipstick gives an amazingly pigmented bold lip that stays in place all and is worth every penny spent on it.

MAC is really expensive so a lot of times I hesitated whenever I walked over to the MAC counter in Smith & Caughey.

One day I decided to just go for it and bought my first MAC lipstick at the age of 15. My first MAC lipstick was Saint Germain, a perfect pastel Barbie pink shade and ever since I start using MAC lipstick, I have been so obsessed, I wanted to collect every single lipstick that MAC sells :p

I personally prefer Cremesheen & Satin finishes more than the others, they are easy to apply and long lasting; and my least favourite finish is probably matte as it can be quite drying and hard to apply.

I absolutely love the vanilla scent the MAC lipsticks have and I also like the simple and sleek packaging. My all-time favourite MAC lipstick shades are Snob, Cremecup and Creme d'Nude.

I was soooo excited because this was the first ever MAC product I've ever brought. However, I put it on for the first time yesterday afternoon... It was really opaque; which I love!!! BUT even though my lips were hydrated from lip balm, I found after about a couple of hours that my lips were really dry. Quite disappointed as I kind of expected more. Not going to let that stop me from trying more MAC products though :)

Mac lipsticks are defiantly a must have in everyone's makeup kit! they have such an awesome variety of shades and formulas. If someone told me they could not find a mac lipstick they like, I would simply not believe them! they are such great quality what I believe is an affordable price. Wish I had them all!

i have saint germain, candy yum yum, and girl about town all three are slightly different as ones a matte color ones amplified and i cant remember the other all three of them last all day on my lips and only need be reapplied after eating, also the scent of the lippys is very yum!
