MAC Lipstick Review

Yes, I think i've finally found it. The perfect lipstick in over a hundred shades. I just looove MAC lipsticks! They are perfectly pigmented, in possibly every colour imaginable. They come in a variety of different finishes so there is definitely something for everyone! They apply smoothly and generally one coat is enough to get that bold colour. They have great staying power and I am rarely finding myself re-applying this lippy! Personal favs - Ruby Woo, Rebel and Cyber- now go out and try some on!

Never will I EVER stop buying MAC lipstick! I completely and utterly adore this stuff! It is so creamy and pigmented, giving off great vibrant colour. It's quite pricey to buy it NZ- just like everything else :( but it's definitely worth it!! Snob would have to be my all time favourite every day colour and impassioned for an impact colour! Go out and but these people, you will not regret!

I had the matte fawn colour, freckle.and I found that it was a very pretty and full covering lipstick. It even smelled great! The only downside it that it's slightly drying and a little bit sticky when applied.

I am a lipstick JUNKIE. MAC is no exception......their lippys are second to none. Quality packaging, creamy & pigmented formula, and they have a lovely subtle vanilla-ish scent to them. The colour range is massive so there is something for everyone! By far my favorite lippys.

I love MAC lippies, I always have them in my kit for makeovers etc.. also love the colour range. They wear really well and for the most part are true to colour.

So pigmented, but doesnt come off smoothly. It's a matte shade but coverage is not full enough so have to apply with some form of lip primer or lipgloss afterwards. Otherwise I love it!

Absolutely love the wide variety of shades the M.A.C lipstick range comes in . I personally prefer the matte lipsticks as with my skin tone and texture I find glossy or shiny lips give me a tacky makeup look not to mention added with colour. I find the M.A.C lipsticks wear well, and although they stay put they're also a breeze to wash off with no oily pastel feel afterwards. Size is convenient and so is the bullet shaped packaging. All these factors are a definite must for the $40+ price range.

I never used to wear lipstick until being given a set of MAC lipsticks a year ago and now I will never go back. I currently own Diva, Russian Red, Viva la Glam, and Darkside. They all wear well lasting me all day without the need for reapplication and don't smear. Love them.

The packaging could have been better. I have bought a few mac lipsticks in the past and while all have had great colour intensity and fairly normal lasting time, however the tubes often break: usually with the internal casing containing the stick itself meaning that it is lose inside the tube. This causes the lipstick to get blunt and wasted against the sides of the tube.
