ecostore Shampoo and Conditioner for Dry, Damaged or Coloured Hair

I received sample sizes of the Shampoo & Conditioner via a promotion. The shampoo really cleans your hair to the point that it was squeaky clean! The conditioner worked well, my hair was soft and manageable but nothing extraordinary! I did notice that my hair felt as though it was lighter and the product washed out extremely well without leaving a heavy residue. I have to admit though that I can get the same results from cheaper brands. I do like the idea of using natural products on my hair but the scent is definitely something they need to work on. A big part of choosing hair care for me is the scent and this is very natural smelling!

This product definitely does the job of cleaning your hair well so would be a great choice for the environmentally conscious consumer who doesn't mind paying a bit more for a hair cleansing system that gives the same results as cheap brands.

I was immediately put off by the fact the Shampoo smells identical to my Dishwashing Liquid which is also plant based. It feels good to be using such a natural product but I was disappointed I didn't get the results I wanted. My hair feels very clean after washing it but doesn't exactly smell amazing. A trade off for natural?

I'm not fussed by this product, it is much like many other Shampoo and Conditoners that you can buy from the supermarket (except this one is more expensive). The only thing I would vote in its favour for is the 'feel goods' of buying a natural product that is trying its hardest not to be harmful to the environment

I really don't like the shampoo. In shower and whilst my hair was wet, my hair felt over-cleaned and stripped too much, reminded me of rubbing a wet plastic bag! Afterwards it left my hair feeling as though it had a sticky residue left on it. Somehow it also smelt really chemically too, also my eyes were stinging even though no product got anywhere near my eyes.

The conditioner however is my new holy grail conditioner! It went in my hair nice and evenly, immediately detangled all knots and I could tell straight away I knew I was on to a winner! It rinsed out really well, didn't weigh my hair down, leave any residue, my hair dried nice and quick and didn't have any flyaway frizzies. My hair was left feeling the softest it has ever been and I will definitely be re-purchasing this conditioner.

Today tried Eco Store Shampoo and conditioner for the first time. The packaging is really good and it's message is very clear. The shampoo it's self wasn't that great. It did lather up like most shampoos and even though I hate to say it, it did have a chemical odour. I felt that my hair wasn't as clean as it should be. I also felt that there was a residue left after rinsing it out. The conditioner I found was differcult to gt out of the bottle and am a little dismayed to find both are packaged in plastic. Overall the conditioner is very good and made it very easy to get the knots out of my hair. I will not use or recommend the shampoo but the conditioner I would use again

I received the free samples & liked the idea of no nasty chemicals in there, these products do a good job. My hair was shiny & clean-smelling, quite a strong fragrance though, but all natural ingredients.

My Southeast Asian hair is dry, wavy, coarse and very prone to frizziness. Due to its coarseness I've never had shiny hair either. All my life I've either used anti-frizz serums (that never worked well anyway) or just loaded it with LOADS of product to tame it. I received a free sample of the shampoo and conditioner and they worked miracles on my hair. It's now shiny, really manageable, the frizz has COMPLETELY gone. Not just slightly improved but totally gone.

I have short hair in a pixie cut but even then it was always fluffy and frizzy after washing. I am now tempted to grow my hair long again. The only styling product I now need to use is a wee dab of wax for shaping.

My partner hid my new shampoo and conditioner (he has no hair so doesn't appreciate me spending money on things he considers non-essential - he thinks he soooo clever... just wait until he gets home tonight!!) so I had to resort to the free samples ecostore sent me for their shampoo and conditioner. I was surprised, it's just as good as other supermarket brands, my hair is soft and shiny, it feels healthy. Definitely will be adding this to my list that I buy regularly. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the smell, it's herbie... but it doesn't linger so I'm all good with that.

I recently received samples of the Ecostore Shampoo & Conditioner for dry, damaged or colored hair (35ml each). I had been wanting to try these out since I heard that Ecostore were coming out with Shampoo and Conditioner as I already am a fan of their coconut soap and laundry powder.

The first time I washed my hair with these was like "WOW". I definitely noticed an immediate change in my hair for the better. It was softer, shinier and felt super healthy. I can safely say that the shampoo is very deep cleaning indeed. The shampoo smelt very herbal as it is a natural product and it didnt irritate my nose which is a bonus! I also loved that it foamed up very well. The conditioner made my hair feel so soft and amazing.

These samples were only 35ml each bottle and they lasted for about 8 washes as you only need a very tiny bit of product per wash. I am very impressed with the value of this shampoo and conditioner. During the 8 washes I have seen little color fade, healthier & shinier hair and no scalp irritation.

I will definitely be buying the full sizes of this shampoo and conditioner very soon.

I recently had a keratin blow wave in my hair and my hairdresser said I needed to use a shampoo without any sulphates in it, these are not only nasty chemicals but also strip the product from your hair, so would reverse my treatment (this is the same for coloured hair), and of course I didn't want that! The conditioner has a slightly weird smell, product only not your hair. But they made my hair feel nice and soft, so as well as being environmentally friendly, a total win!
