I bought this product as a way to get a free gift at farmers not thinking much of this but I really like it.
Firstly, the pallete itself has nice sturdy packaging with clear slips to keep the product from moving. This pallete is a little on the small size but is a good realistic size for the price paid. The powders when used are very powdery and make a lot of mess from the excess powder which is hard to prevent. This fall out causes product to be wasted which is unfortunate.
I think all the brown contour shades look very similar which is disapointing. They are quite muddy and hard to work with. However, there is a great pigment on these colours.
The 1st colour on the pallete which is the white shade is really good as a setting powder both for highlighting or normal setting. I did find that using this for those reasons did help make my makeup set in place and was long wearing. It is a very heavy product however so apply with caution and dab your tool of choice very lightly tapping off the excess
The banana shade in this pallete is lovely even though it is harder to use that normal powders because of its chalky consistency. I found that it was good for highlighting yet took a while to blend to look natural and not like an actual banana.
The highlight shade is lovely and complements pale skin very well (because I'm pale) and It is very pigmented which is great.
Overall, this pallete is a 50/50 for me I enjoy the top section a lot yet the bottom lacks for me.
I actually quite like it. The "banana" powder is awesome and so is the highlighting powder. I'm a wee bit iffy about the "fawn" colour though. It's kind if hard to blend out and in some places comes off patchy. All-in-all, I think it's great
Tips: Use contour and bronzing shades very sparingly. Also, tap off excess powder.
