Love this cream

This is my weekend favourite CC cream. On weekends I tend to go makeup free, so this product is perfect for a little evening of skin tone without heavy makeup look.

Its a very light coverage cream, but it feels lovely on the skin and definitely lifts the dullness of makeup free skin and gives my skin a healthy glow.

It's quite a runny consistency, but you don't need very much, so it lasts. For my pale skin the colour match is great. Not orange at all. It seems to magically match up.

It wears well through the day and my typically dry skin feels hydrated.

Not as magic as it seemed

I have quite a pale skin tone and am I love with bb creams. I tried this one out and wasn't impressed. It says it can adapt to your skin tone. With its three limited colour ranges the lightest shade still turned up Orange on my skin.

So many comments on my complexion with this!

This is my work "foundation" and it's the one that gets the most comments. Don't be creeped out by the fact it comes out from the tube purple as when you rub it in, it changes to a medium-beige colour. This is probably a wee bit too dark for me but with some blending and building, I make it work.

The anti-dullness (lavender pigment) works a treat. Everyone comments how glowing my skin looks. I have oily skin, but this doesn't seem to matter. I just have to touch up with powder, but even after doing so, I still look glowing. This does wear really well and the coverage is light.

It's also moisturising and has SPF to help look after the skin. I've loved this so much, it's knocked my old BB cream favourite into the bin.

Tips: If you're oily, try buffing (yup, really) your finishing powder into it to stop it looking oily as the day wears on - you'll still look radiant, just not like a radiant oil slick xo

If you like natural! This is for you!

I bought this on my quest for a perfect bb cream as I wanted to keep my make-up routine minimal and as natural looking as possible and this fit this role perfectly! The formula consists of a whitish liquid with micro purple beads that pop and blend into your skin giving the perfect shade for my winter NC30 skintone. It gave a very natural coverage and didn't exacerbate the oiliness on my Tzone. With a primer underneath it lasted all day which is a big bonus.

Perfect for a natural look!

Don't be scared of your first impression with this CC cream! It comes out purple and is very runny but as soon as you start to blend into the skin it looks a dream. I love this CC cream because it's super light, so it doesn't look cakey and feels amazing on the skin. However, it does run a little orange and probably wouldn't suit all skin tones. If it wasn't for the slight orangeness I would give it a 5/5, but a solution I have found to lessen the orange tone is to apply L'Oreal's Nude Magique Powder on top which will then last a normal day for me (8 hours) and I have slightly oily skin. It does brighten your complexion up a bit and counteracts anti-dullness like it claims.

Tips: NOTE: This is definitely not a full coverage foundation, this CC cream provides minimal coverage so don't be fooled by that packaging that says it turns into a foundation! Also this definitely wouldn't suit fair skinned people, as it is rather orange.

Comes out purple!

This cc cream comes out purple! And as you rub it in, it changes to a normal foundation color, unfortunately this foundation is very orange and doesn't adapt to my skin tone at all so I haven't really been able to wear it. But the squeeze tube makes it easy to get the perfect amoun of product out and it's not messy at all. It definitley does neutralise the dullness and tired look in skin. Quite a light coverage which is good for many but I usually like a fuller coverage

Tips: Wouldn't reccomend for very pale skin

I am in LOVE all over again!

OMG ~ I may be completely living in the past however, I have just been steered into the direction of L'Oreal Nude Magique CC Cream and I love it. At the end of the week when I am beginning to feel exhausted and no doubt look it also. I feel refreshed, my skin looks brighter and the coverage is wonderful. I was a bit freaked out at first and a little untrusting as it comes out purple but it really does alternate to your skin colour with ease. My new MUST HAVE and I will gladly share this winner with friends. Try it.

Mind blown

I was very lucky to be gifted this by a fellow BR member and was so excited to try it as I am a HUGE sucker for anything that promises 'anti-dullness' or 'brightening' or even 'illuminating'

This product is quite bizarre but loads of fun... It squeezes out quite runny and bright purple! Once you start blending into the skin it starts to transform into a CC cream of a more 'normal' skin colour.

Although this is meant to adapt to your skin I found despite myself not being the most palest of the pale it was a lil orangey on me! That being said I think in Summer it would be great and mixed with other products it is fine. The feeling this leaves on the skin is wonderful and silky and it definitely 'brightens' the complexion.. It gives a pretty damn good coverage too!

I tried mixing this with another CC which was a bit lighter and a couple other products as an experiment and despite the crazy bright purple it can still be used in conjunction with other products just fine and with wonderful results.

This is a pretty cool product and definitely lives up to it's claims!

Tips: If you are quite pale this might turn you a little orange. For me this is the case but in Summer it would be a pretty good match. To get around this I add a drop of another fave CC cream which is a lil too light for me to be worn alone and its a match made in Heaven!

Makes your skin feel dewy and soft!

I have been using this product for a the past week or so instead of my usual daily foundation due to having quite dry skin over winter. It gives good coverage and makes your skin feel very soft. It's not heavy at all, in fact, when you squeeze it out of the bottle it is almost watery in consistency! Despite that, it does even out skin tone and gives your skin almost a summery glow. I would definitely recommend it as a an alternative to foundation if you are looking for light coverage, or are trying to give your skin a break due to dryness or breakouts.

Tips: Test it first as it may not suit people with very fair skin.

Good, but not champion

I was after a cc cream to wear to the gym for that ' I can't leave the house with no makeup on but don't want to look ridiculous at the gym with a full face of slap on' look. It does go on purple but then changes colour. I use it by itself with a bit of mascara and I'm good to go. I like the light coverage. Not sure if it adds radiance or not. Overall a good product which I will buy again. Want to try the green one too but farmers ashburton never has it in stock.

Tips: Can build it for more coverage if you want.
