Australis Mint Condition Lip Gloss Review

I'm a lip gloss person but I found this lip gloss to be thick and messy. It probably doesn't help that I made the mistake of wearing it on a windy day when my hair was down. I also did not enjoy the mint extract in the product and felt that no lip enhancement occurred upon application.

This lip gloss was my very first purchase from the Australis Brand. I first noticed the make up stand at my local pharmacy where I loved to try different products.

This lip gloss comes in a tube. Its colour is this pink coloured liquid gloss. It's texture is quite sticky. It smells minty. Mint used to be my favourite flavoured gloss back then but I have since changed in taste now.

For a glossy look, just apply the gloss to your lips . If you want added shine, I normally add an extra clear gloss over the top.

I reccomend this product for a young girl who likes lip gloss. Definately a good prezzy idea for a niece or young daughter.

I received this as a gift with purchase, and I have to say I'm extremely glad I did not purchase this item myself. Since receiving it I have once used it twice, once initially and again just before writing this review, which gives you an indication of how good I think it is.

The packaging is nice enough, the clear tube allows you to see how much is left, a factor I like in lip gloss packaging as if I love a lip gloss then I tend to use them a LOT. It's easy to squeeze out as much or as little gloss as you like so you don't waste as much product.

As the name suggests, it has a slight mint smell and taste. I have it in a bright pink which unfortunately once applied is very sheer, giving my lips only the slightest hint of colour. The minty sensation did make my lips tingle a little. Reading the back of the tube it mentions how this gloss is supposed to leave you with a full pout, however I didn't noticed any enhancements here!

Of particular disappointment was I found that it really did not last that long on my lips so wouldn't even pass as an everyday basic gloss for going over other lip colours.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend or purchase this product as I don't think it's worth the price you pay for it.

This reminded me of the thin lizzy lipgloss , its really think and messy ! it is really minty and that put me off a weebit unsure why ? the packaging is lovely easy to use classic squeezy lipclose tube

For me to wear lip gloss it has to be a real winner! This one..not so much. Not a massive fan of the smell or flavour and it is quite sticky which is a big miss.

I have four of these glosses(2 are the same shade) and I use these on a regular basis on top of lipsticks. While I use them every day they are not my favourite glosses, I love the colours but the tube they come in is a little juvenile for my preference, a hard tube and doe foot applicator would be a heck of alot nicer. The mint, I feel doesnt do anything for my lips, you would expect the use of mint in a lipgloss to provide a plumping effect(it doesnt, but then it doesnt claim to). And I really do not like the mint smell It feels and looks lovely on application but can become quite tacky as the day wears on.

I tried out the Australis Mint Condition Lip Gloss when I received it free with another purchase. I was quite excited to test it out as I usually don't purchase lip glosses, since I find them too tacky.

At first I quite liked this one - it had a cute colour, pretty glossy effect, and smelt like mint! The packaging was cute and you received a good amount of product.

After a while, however, it got very tacky, and left a residue on my lips that was less than desirable. So although there are pros to this range, for me the cons definitely outweigh them. Have still yet to find a lip gloss that I love!
