Spring has sprung and with the new season comes new must-have shades for lipstick and nail polish. Here's our guide to the hottest colours for lips and tips, as the weather heats up and summer is in our sights!
Lips.
- Nothing says spring lips like a hot pink. Chanel's Rouge Allure Velvet in La Diva is our favourite shade of the season.The matte finish adds a chic finish to the this spring staple.
- Orange is back again, check out Maybelline Colour Sensational Vivids in Electric Orange for a statement spring lip.
- Dior's spring collection, the Trianon Collection is full of gorgeous shades of ladylike pinks. Our favourites from this collection are Rose and Crinoline.
- Candy shades are huge this spring. We love Chanel Rouge Allure in the orangey-red shade Mélodieuse, pictured at the top of the article.

Nails.
- Fuschia is hot, hot, hot this spring. Check out Jin Soon's gorgeous shade Cherry Berry, pictured above for inspiration.
- You might think spring is about all things pastel, but if you're not ready to give up your winter hues a dark mauve is en trend. The Chanel Nail Colour pictured at the top of the article is shade 603 Charivari.
- Peachy-corals are the new-nude. They're a great way to add a subtle splash of colour. Nars' Wind Dancer looks great against darker skin tones, especially when teamed with gold jewellery!
- Shimmering rose tones are a great way to glitz up your nails for an evening. We like Butter London in Goss.
