Do You Wear Nail Polish Every Day?

There was a time in my life when my nails were always painted. It was around my mid-uni years, when I was in my early 20s and looking back; evidently had a lot of free time in the evenings.

Now I'm not talking about flash nail art (that was only during the times I'd stump up the cash for a professional to do them) but I'd always make sure my nails had a pristine coat of polish on them.  It made me feel put together, even when I was less than!

I'm not sure what changed, you'd think working in the industry I do, my nails would still be cared for.  Alas, I look down at my typing digits to see bare naked nails.  To be completely honest, they're not even neat, I mean seriously Nat, is it really that hard to pull out an emery board once a week?!

And let's not even start on my toe nails.  Although to be fair, it's not sandal season yet and I've always lumped toe nail painting in the same category as leg shaving.  It's a Summer thing, unless you know they're going to be on show.

I think, as much as I detest the time-poor excuse, for me, my nail painting, or lack there of, really does come down to time.  At least in the sense that I'd rather spend that 10 minutes doing something else.  Maybe even nothing at all.  And when you spend 10 minutes putting nail polish on, you're commiting time in the future to remove it!

Well we've found what might be the fastest - and easiest way to remove nail polish.

The Manicare Moisturising Nail Polish Remover Pads offer a quick and convenient way to remove nail polish.  No more spilling liquid removers, or searching the house for a cotton pad to use with it!  These pads effectively remove nail polish while brightening the nail and moisturising the skin around it.  And of course - they're acetone free!

We're looking for reviewers to put these pads to the test and report back!

If you'd like a spot on this trial team, why not chat to us below.  Are you the type of lady whose nails are always painted and neat?  Or, like me, are they just left a little neglected?  How do you usually remove your nail polish?  Or do you commit the ultimate polish sin and rock chipped and peeled colour for weeks?!

Having been a regular wearer of acrylic nails - I cant not have a polish on - I almost feel naked if I don't! - I do hate having to take off polish though, or I forgot to and then see badly chipped nails - these look so handy and cool, especially like the sound of the coconut scent. These would be good to take with you in your bag.

I always wear nailpolish on my toenails. I like the way it lasts for ages on them and I'm always in bare feet at home whatever the season. I'm less keen on painting my fingernails though, as they chip so quickly and I hate hesitating to do something, like scrub a pot or sellotape a gift, just to save my nails. Lately I've taken to compromising and wearing clear or tinted nailpolish with confetti or other random flecks through on my fingernails, as the chipping is much less obvious with these. I would rather do my own nails than go to a salon. Great results, but too expensive and too intimate. I just feel awkward paying others to do mundane, personal tasks I can handle myself. The pads sound great. I'd love to give them a whirl :)

Oh I think I must have it. I like to wear nail paints a lot but really sometimes just avoid due to the laziness and hassle of removing it because I cannot see my nail polish chipped even a little bit. These pads seems to be a convenient way and I can happily apply nail polish whenever I want. I would like a trial spot for Manicare Nail Polish Removing Pads please.

Acetone free and moisturising, now that’s what I need. Love to polish my nails and most of the time they are painted even if they are the lightest shade of pink. Most of the time the removers do make them look pretty dry. Would like to see how this compares.

Ive painted my nails for years i was never one to get acrylics as my own nails are just as long. But this would be so handy ive wasted so many flannels with acetone to remove nail polosh lol.

I had acrylics for nearly 11 years took them off and it has taken 2 years for me to have half decent nails I Use nail polish remover to remove my polish but find it really messy and wasteful Pads would be so much easier I believe no spillage would love to try them

This is a perfect trial for me ,having been a nail biter for 50 yrs and finally kicked the habit ,I really embrace taking care of my nails ,And reward myself buying nail products and take the time to paint them regularly ,no chipping off here. I use a normal nail polish remover, but these look way more interesting and I’m keen as to try them ,yes please count me in big time .

I'm definitely about my toes. I feel unkept if they are not painted. Fingernails no. I'm a teacher and I am always chipping my polish within hours of it being applied. I have had gel nails and hated the feeling! But, I do file and polish so they look nice. Those pads look good, I recently discoloured my vanity by being a bit overzealous in pouring remover onto the cotton ball. Oops!

I can't cope with naked nails, so mine are always painted or I use Gels - same with my tootsies… The more creative the better!

6th August, 2018

I love wearing nail polish but I hate taking it off as I still use remover and cotton balls. So would love to try this and get into wearing nail polish a lot more like I use too.

Yes! I wear nail polsih every day, a different colour everyweek. With the nail strips and nail polish combined I havent worn the same polish for about 3 years! (So much variety in the market!) I usually use nail polish remover, I like the Sally Hansen one the best. I have used nail polish wipes and pens in the past but they don't work as well as the liquid remover. They all just tend to dry up. I would love a place on this trial. Wipes that are acetone free, quicker to remove polish, scented and mositurising, this is the trial for me.

I love painting my nails and for it regularly. I enjoy doing nice designs or just a simple wash of colour- it's creative and it calms me. The only problem that I do have is waiting for the coats to dry- and since they won't dry quickly I always bump them and make marks.

I paint my toes all year round, they are bright red atm lol even though it is winter but i do give them a break every now and then. not so much into manis as I play sports. Would like to trial these remover pads

There is not a day that goes by when my nails are not painted! I have lost count as to how many bottles of polish I have [Husband says I am a hoarder like it is a bad thing?]. I will use a liquid polish remover with a cotton ball or a make up remover pad. I really dislike chipped nails and so I will usually do my nails 2 or 3 times a week while I am watching tv in the evenings. The hardest thing is deciding which colour to use.

I love painting my nails especially now they are super long and looking great. I am a bit fussy though and hate it when they start looking less than perfect, I just removed some silver glitter polish and Omg what a mission it was to remove! I am nearly out of nail polish remover and these sound very convenient. Would love to be on this trial :-)

Glitter polish is the hardest to remove! Even with the different tips and tricks I find it more trouble than it is worth. I go for non chunky glitter formulas now.

Lol it is the first time I've worn it so was like omg its not coming off! Took a lot of elbow grease for sure.

The easiest way to remove glitter polish is to soak it off like you would gel polish by applying a piece of cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover (cut the rounds in 4), then secure it with a square of foil. Leave for a few minutes and then remove.

You must be amazing at painting your nails. I struggle so much to get it neat. If I paint my nails once a week it's good. Although will have to wait till my eczema on my hand clears up. Will have fun with my toes once it's warm enough to go sockless.

I work in retail and I like to look as good as I can while at work. Its kind of a hobby I guess, or something to do while I am watching tv.

I find my pedicures last about two to two and half weeks. If only my mani lasted that long for all the effort. But when you wash dishes, cook and clean it's wishful thinking.

Same here. Except since I wear socks most of the year I don't bother to paint my toenails. I do the look of freshly painted fingernails but it dents, smudges and dents so fast I sometimes go for weeks without painting them. I would love to have

them done in the salon but for something that chips within days I can't justify spending money on it. I wish that a manicure would last as long as a pedicure since have to use my less dominant hand to paint.
