The new GARNIER ORGANICS range isn't available in NZ yet, but we've got our hands on it. ALL OF IT. And we'll be recruiting 4 different trial teams to each put various products to the test.
Fun fact time - The majority of the Beauty Crew are Vegetarian. One of us is Vegan. Me, I've been a Vegetarian since birth, my Mummy doesn't like cooking meat and so I grew up meat-free, and it stuck.
All of the Garnier Organics products have Vegan ingredients, and it got me to wondering - is this an important factor in beauty products for other people? People make dietary choices for many reasons - health, beliefs or convenience - but do they extend their choices to the beauty products they choose?
And if you're not Vegan or Vegetarian, what do you think when buying a product that carries the V-leaf? Do you feel they're a softer, kinder choice to your skin and the environment? Or does it makes no difference to your feelings towards a product?
We're putting the Garnier Organic Cornflower Micellar Water to the test. This micellar water is enriched with organic cornflower and barley water to cleanse and nourish the skin. It promises to remove waterproof and longwear make-up!
It is Cosmos Organic certified by Soil Association according to COSMOS standard. The Cornflower has been specifically selected by Garnier and sourced with respect for biodiversity. It comes from France where it is organically produced. The bottle contains 100% recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable.
I didn;t know you could get vegan micellar water. I don't know what is in it but it sounds healthy. Micellar water is the best and I always use it sparingly when I shouldn't. It is such a good way to clear your skin of make up and daily debris. It is like magic. I wonder if this one compares to my current one. Would like to try it.
