If I had to pick one thing that had most impacted the beauty industry over the last few years I'm going to pick Instagram. Many don't really 'get' Instagram to begin with - we're used to watching YouTube videos or reading blogs - how can a single square image have as much influence?
For an image to stop your scrolling it has to speak volumes. But with 40 million photos being uploaded to Instagram everyday it can be hard to find the great in among the average.
The Beauty Crew spend a lot of time scrolling through Instagram and so we've decided to share some of our favourite Beauty Instagramers with you. This isn't a definitive top ten list (that would be impossible) and this isn't a list of popularity - the number of followers means nothing to us - this list is all about filling your IG feed with fabulous beauty accounts!
So here's 10 of the best beauty accounts in the @beautyreviewnz feed.
Possibly our favourite nail trendsetter ever, Jin Soon Choi's feed is full of fabulous nail looks and inspiration, as well as behind the scenes shots and even the odd celebrity client. Hello Marc Jacobs!
Pat Magrath is THE makeup artist to follow. She's the Creative Design Director of P&G Beauty and works on campaigns for brands like COVERGIRL, Dolce & Gabbana & Max Factor. From professional shots, to behind the catwalk snaps, inspiration is all over this feed!
It's always a pleasure seeing this Aucklander popping up! Popular YouTuber Jah creates looks for any occasion, and has us constantly adding to our wishlists. Now if only we had her flair with colour!
Because boys can be fabulous too. Although you'll have to face facts that Manny has better makeup game than you. Once you accept this fact, you'll look forward to your daily dose of Manny.
The always beautiful Kay has a stunning IG account full of swatches, hauls, MOTD and inspiration. Although be warned...her lipstick addiciton is most definitely contagious. Oh and if you're a forum regular you'll spot BR member Kay over there occassionally too!
You can never have too much great nail art in your news feed, so check out Deborah Lippmann for stunning looks, beautifully captured.
Sona and Safa are New York based makeup artists, and sisters. They do fabulous Bridal, Editorial and Party looks, all injected with their Bengali heritage.
Stylist and besties with Jennifer Aniston - this feed is chock full of hair cuts, hair styles, in-salon shots and seriously cute personal photos of puppies and well, friends. Follow Chris - it's the next best thing to having him as your best friend and stylist.

Here's one to watch - we've just discovered this IG account and have fallen head over heels. A qualified MUA from Auckland, Sophie's Instagram is timelessly elegant. Her vintage inspired makeup is a delight to look at. Get following her so you can say you were among the first to discover her - and be prepared to have serious #beautyenvy.
