I just checked my beauty loop online while making a purchase. In February I was Level 3, assumed I still was - I think I reached level 3 in August last year, but it says I'm level 0 and have $72 to reach next level. Does that sound like a mistake or do they literally wipe every purchase at some point from the previous year? It always seemed to be a rolling year - but maybe I'm mistaken? Anyone know?
I've only recently joined so have a ways to go to reach the levels, but, I did spot this in the fine print.
Which would suggest that in your case it's an error because you should have until August if that's the date you hit that level?
