Its divine!

I was very lucky to recieve this gift from Koni. I've never tried this idivine range and was very excited to give this range a try. I had one other palette that I was using but the consistency seems to be different to this one.

When it arrieved it came in a black box with the divine writting on it. Very happy to see that this palette comes in a platic casing. Its a matte black case on the outside and gloss on the inside with a mirror. It came with a double ended sponge applicator. I was given a Vintage romance pallette. In it has a range or purples and blues and one matte brown shade that I simply adore. I like how there is a combination of shimmers and mattes. The pigmentation is excellent. The consistency is smooth. The colours are buildable.

On application I find them so easy to alply. I don't have much fall out on my brush or lids. The consistency is amazingly good. I wore the matte nrown to a wedding and got so many comments. I believe its all in the blending of the product.

My results were that these are long lasting shadows. Their extremely affordable. I would love to buy more products from Sleek. I think the quality of their products are exellent.

Good quality eyeshadows

Sleek has so many eyeshadow palettes with lots of different colours so whether you like bright, bold colours or more neutral colours there is a palette for you. These palettes are also a really good price considering how many colours you get. There is also a range of matte and shimmery in each palette.

Love love love sleek!

I have 8 sleek palettes and they stack up to all of my high end shadow palettes. The colours are rich and pigmented. The mattes aren't as great as the shimmers but still, at $20, who's complaining?!!

Tips: Use a matte as your transition shade then go crazy with the shimmers!

Bad Girl

The palette BAD GIRL has an impressive colour scheme which is perfect for creating a sultry look. It has metallic greys and forest greens, with a row of rich purples and blues topped off with two highlights of iridescent peach and white.

I used this palette not too long ago to try blue eyeshadow for the first time and looking at the pan today I had to double-check it was the right one because it looks as if I barely used it! Unfortunately the quality of the shades aren't created equally. Some swatch beautifully while others are questionable.

The metallic shades have no shimmer so you could get away with wearing the shades during the day without drawing too much attention. The matte shades are buildable so don't be put off if it applies sheer at first - keep layering.

Least favourites: Abyss - they should have called it non-existent..or maybe they meant the colour disappeared into an abyss?

Innocence & Gullible - they're the two highlights and when swatched you can barely tell which one is which?!

Favourites: Obnoxious - blue indigo in the pan but on the lid it's the most gorgeous metallic blue I've ever seen which says a lot because I hate blue altogether

Gun Metal - a stunning metallic silver where the colour is true to pan

Rebel - a deep plum wine with a matte finish

The shadows generally sit nicely on my oily lids without disappearing so quickly like some of my high-end shadows but I do prime and use Fix+ when using this palette. I bought most of my Sleek palettes from Beauty Bliss and out of all of them this has to be my favourite.

Pigmented palettes on a budget!

It took me a while to purchase a Sleek palette, mainly because there are so many palettes that I have heard great things about and I couldn't narrow it down so I chose 2 in the end.

Acid and Vintage romance palette, I will describe each one below.

Acid palette- It is filled with a mixture of matte and shimmered eye shadows that are bright colours.

Vintage romance- A sultry palette that has purples, plums and burgundy shades, all shimmery except for one brown matte shade.

Overall most of the eye shadows are beautiful, pigmented, they aren't long wearing unless you use a setting spray with them or foil them. The matte shades aren't as pigmented as the shimmery shades.

They are amazing value for money, I use my Vintage romance palette so much and I get many compliments when I wear the shades from this palette.

I highly recommend these palettes especially if you cant afford high end eye shadows, these are a fantastic substitute.

Tips: To get a more dense colour spray your brush with a setting spray before dipping it into the eye shadow.

Au Naturel

I have the Au Naturel palette and was so excited when i brought it, but i was left disappointed. All the colours look wearable and lovely but half of the matte colours barely show up whilst two of the glittery/metallic colours show up chunky with loads of fall out.

Tips: Defiantly need to use a primer to make these colours show up and last.

Awesome value

I have this in the neutral browns/greys/golds set (can't remember the name) and it is my go to eyeshadow. Really pigmented and all the colours are lovely, with a good mix of matte and shimmery tones. I bought it online and wasn't expecting much as it was so cheap but it surprised me!

A broken relationship...?

I have the Supreme palette. This palette used to be my go to palette. I was in love! The colours are stunning as are all the sleek idivine palettes. After receiving my first palette and swatching all the colours I decided that I needed the rest! BUT, this did not happen. I decided to (like with any makeup) use this one for awhile and see how I went. Everyday without a doubt; I would reach for this palette, and I knew I was absolutely sold. Until one day where I hit about midpan on one of the shadows...the pigmentation had just.....left me. I reached for another shadow a few weeks later and noticed the same thing. Although still managed to get pigment from building up and using ALOT more shadow. I tried the good old wet brush trick and this just destroyed the eyeshadow. (I used this trick quite regularly). I decided that although it was as it seemed, a match mad in heaven, I decided to leave it for abit. I will definitely revisit and purchase another incase I got a dud, but things like this always keep me cautious.

Loving the IDivine

I bought this palette online and when I received it I absolutely loved it the colours were awesome very pigmented and smooth to apply. Comes in a sleek black palette which I loved the mirror inside was big and very clear. It has a good selection of colours to do different looks from natural to a bright intense look. I do apply these over a cream eyeshadow and it lasts all night. I would definitely buy this palette again!

Tips: to make the colour really pop and last longer use a cream eyeshadow underneath
