Silky soft

I was lucky enough to receive a 15ml travel size tube of this in the ‘mother’s day’ BBBE I haven’t really tried any Dermalogica products before so I was excited to try it.

The small white tube is cute and is small enough to carry around (it would even fit in your pocket) the flip top lids shuts securely so no risk of it leaking out. The white cream is of a thickish consistency and absorbs into your skin so quickly and doesn’t leave any kind of residue. Afterwards my hands feel super silky soft, the softest I have ever felt my farm hands, it has to be the nicest hand cream I have ever used, it doesn’t have much of a scent it smells fresh but the scent disappears pretty quickly.

I haven’t had many uses from the small tube which was a bit of a downfall so I stalked the Dermalogica website to see the price for a full size tube and holy moly I think my heart stopped beating for a second $49 for 75ml tube. Eeeek that is a wee bit expensive but I think if you really wanted to treat your skin then go for it as you won’t be disappointed and I am still umming and ahhhing over purchasing a bigger tube myself.

Expensive!!!

Extreemly expensive for the size of the tube. There isn't much in there at all. I think I am half way though it and I have only had 10 uses. Not great value for money. Other than the price, the product it good. It is a non-greasy moisturiser which soaks into the skin quickly so you can use your hands again (as opposed to having to wait to rub it in properly). Your hands feel moisturised afterwards, but felt dry again after a few hours which isn't great.

Nice but overly pricey

I recieved this hand cream in the 'it's all about you' BBBE. I'd never tried anything from this brand before, but I was expecting it to be pretty fab considering that a 15ml travel size tube retails at $15.

This hand cream is super fast absorbing! I can't remember the last time or if ever i've used any other cream or lotion that's as quickly absorbing as this. I found this meant that I needed to be generous with the amount I used, to ensure that boths hands get a full coating before it's sunken into the skin. It has a soft mandarin scent which is nice if citrus scents are your thing.

My hands feel soothed, softened and smoothed after using this hand cream, but as the 15ml tube doesn't go very far, I didn't notice any other benefits. I assume that you would need to use this hand cream reguarly over an extended period of time to notice any additional benefits that it boasts.

I quite like this hand cream, but I'd never consider purchasing it due to the price.

Good but pricey

I got this product in the “It’s All About You” Best Beauty Box Ever. It is the first Dermalogica product I’ve tried, so I was keen to start to learn a bit about the brand.

It is a travel size 15 ml tube with Dermalogica branding and a flip top. Easy to use, which I like.

The product is a reasonably thick white cream. It has a mild scent that is a cross between citrus and cardboard. I really don’t love it.

Once applied on the hands and nails, it absorbs very quickly and leaves a slightly waxy feel that I do like. My hands feel nice afterwards. I really like that it has vitamins and minerals in it.

The product is good but the smell is not. I love hand creams and use tons of them, so have tried many brands, and this one isn’t on top of the list unfortunately. The fact that the 15ml costs $15 is exorbitant and is probably the deciding factor for me. I have to say though, it certainly wouldn't stop me from trying other Dermalogica products, it is clearly a very high end brand.
