Trilogy Botanical Body Wash

this is definitly an amazingly good for your body product. it is more expensive that the body washes that you can purchase from the supermarket, so i tend to use the palmolive body milk range during the week and treat myself in the weekend to the trilogy botanical body wash. I love the fragrance of this !

I enjoy trying new natural products and this is probably my favourite body wash. It makes my skin feel silky and soft, it smells divine, I even use it in the bath along with aromatherapy oils and bath salts.

It was okay. I got this at a friend and family sale through a friend for a bit cheaper than usual, and I like using SLS free, organic body care so I gave it a go. Immediately not keen on the smell, very.. Herby? Just odd i guess, and very strong. I like girlier, sweeter scents. To be honest, I expected better of trilogy. I was dissapointed. My skin didn't feel that great, either. Will stick to my giovanni and organic care.

Gorgeous body wash!! Smells so so nice, you only need to use a wee bit so even though it costs a bit more than I would usually spend on a body wash it is worth it as it lasts ages! I'm a total convert! Leaves my skin feeling soft and silky.

I love that this comes in good size pump bottle. Has that fresh botanical scent which I found to be very awakening at morning shower. My hubby liked this one to.

Love Trilogy - and the body wash is perfect! Comes in a decent size bottle, natural ingredients, and soothes the skin. It goes on really silky too! You don't need much either, a little goes a long way with this stuff!

The size of the bottle is awesome - you won't be buying body wash for a while - and its a pump so because you only need a small amount - you'd not go wasting it everywhere I see others love the smell - but for me - I obviously like fake smelling washes as i couldn't handle this one Leaves your skin feeling silky smooth

Shower time is important. For me it is a time to unwind, reflect, obviously clean myself and attempt to remove the daily dirt. Which is why I love shower products.

In my shower at any given time I have around 4-6 body washes (say...... WHAT???) but in my defense it is because I am fickle and I like to have choices. However out of these I usually have 2 regulars and favs. This is one of them.

First of all I am a HUGE fan of the pump.... Lazyness at it's best but seriously... my facewash also has a pump. It does make it easy but it also gives you the right amount. No more squirting out half the bottle (just me? hahaha).

I personally love that I am using more natural products and if you haven't read my other trilogy reviews you should. I am a trilogy fan because what it has done for my skin is amazing. The proof is in the skin people!!

I like the smell of this it is more natural smelling but I have a suggestion below for those who are unsure on if this is for you!

Trilogy make gorgeous products, and I *do* love 99% of them, but this misses the mark for me.

Trilogy Botanical Body Wash comes in the typical classy Trilogy packaging. Unfortunately this includes a screw cap rather than a 'dispensing' cap with a flip top, which can be a little inconvenient.

The scent is very strongly botanical/herbal, and while this is soothing in the same way lavender is I find it too strong in the mornings, and because it stays on my skin I find myself wrinkling my nose during the day. I'm actually using it as handwash at the moment though, and liking it that way.

The gel isn't drying, but I was expecting it to be a little more nourishing than I find it to be, and so that was a bit of a disappointment too. Skin is left feeling clean. but I definitely need lotions etc after this - and those clash with the scent.

All in all, I'm not blown away by this product at all!

500mls for $29.90, it is wee bit more than I usually pay for a body wash but as a devout Trilogy lover I thought it was worth a try.

I love the packaging, a plastic bottle with a convenient pump is just the best thing ever. As with all other Trilogy products it is a good amount of natural and being a fabulous New Zealand company you cant go wrong.

This body wash lathers up nicely and my skin feels amazingly clean and refreshed after each use. It is not at all drying.

I would say the fragrance is hard to describe but not offensive, typical Trilogy.

Overall, give this a try, I hope you love it as much as I do.
