Fabulous.

The LUSH Dream Cream is such a fabulous all rounder.

The product comes in a typical LUSH tub, it is gloriously thick and goes a really long way.

I LOVE using it after shaving my legs, it is really soothing on my sensitive skin. It absorbs easily but really delivers a moisturising punch. It is a cream not a lotion and it lives up to that idea. I often don't moisturise because I hate any 'greasy' feeling, you don't get any of that with this product.

It doesn't have a fragrance but you can faintly smell some of the natural ingredients, only very subtly though!

I use this everywhere, I've even used it on my face but it is a little heavy for me, if you had dry or dehydrated skin though I think it would be fab!

It is a little pricey but I promise it lasts a really long time!

I like that Lush's moisturisers don't have that greasy after feel. Absorbs quickly without waiting. Im really enjoying herbal scents it's a nice change from sweet and fruity scents. I hope you enjoy this. At night I find it soothing .

I can't wait to try it. Sad it doesn't have a scent tho. I love ultra balm so I expect to love dream cream too.

Not living up to the hype

I was recommended Lush Dream Cream when my hands were reacting to something in the humid Japanese summer. I was told it was the best product for sensitive skin.

That may be true, but - probably because of that - it seemed to lack anything special. There was no scent to speak of and I didn't notice my skin being overly moisturised by it.

On the plus side it rubbed in well and the lack of fragrance means it doesn't clash with your perfume.

If you have sensitive skin give it a shot, but I won't be buying it again at that price.

Tips: Lush are great at giving samples, so ask to try it before you buy it!

This cream sure is dreamy

Another Lush goodie for me to talk about, and this must be the 10th.. or more Lush item I have reviewed this year, because like I say.. I am a Lush addict.

Like most of Lush's products, this comes in a black container, with a twist off lid. This packaging is part of the Lush recyclable programme, where you return 5 pots and get 1 mask free so that's an added bonus too.

This dream cream is lush. Its white in colour, and creamy and amazing. It has that organic lush smell to it, and the cream has a rich sheen to it aswell. Ah looks amazingly good.

This cream is almost like body butter is regards to thickness, you can tip the container upside down and the cream won't move.

Something that really gets me down about this product is the price. Luckily, a little of the product goes a long way. I only need to use a tiny bit to moisturize my whole body. Plus it absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin feeling amazing.

Still the price of this sucks, and as much as i want to buy this again I won't be able to afford it for a long time.

What a treat!

I was very lucky to receive my Lush Dream Cream as part of a fantastic Lush gift pack. My Dream Cream has come in a cute 45g container with a screw top lid. It is standard Lush packaging in black with white writing that 'pops'.

The packaging also has a lot of helpful information on it including how to use, ingredients list, use by date and that you can bring back 5 clean full size Lush pots or tubes and get one fresh mask free.

When I opened my pot of goodness for the first time, there was a very strong scent of lavender and herbs. I am not a huge fan of lavender but I am now in love the Lush Dream Cream's scent.

Lush Dream Cream is off-white with a slight yellow tinge in colour. The consistency is thick and creamy. A little definitely spreads a long way. My skin drinks this beautiful moisturiser and it is long lasting. Lush Dream Cream is non greasy as well.

I love to apply Lush Dream Cream to my legs after shaving. I feel like I am doing something nice for my legs and they feel silky smooth. I also like to apply Dream Cream all over my body at night before bed.

I would recommend Lush Dream Cream to anyone and would really like to get a big size pottle :-)

Best Moisturiser Ever

This is my absolute favourite moisturizer! I'm usually one of those people that goes and buys these sorts of creams thinking I'll use them every day but never end up doing so. I initially bought a really small pot for my mother to try out as she has psoriasis, which is working out really well for her. I started using it here and there and decided I needed some for myself. At first I wasn't a huge fan of the mild smell but it's definitely grown on me, there's something that little bit different about the smell but I can't quite put my finger on what it is. I'm thinking it may just be that I'm used to using heavily scented moisturizers!

It comes in the iconic Lush black pots. Nice and simple, easy to store, looks good. You can use it for the "bring 5 clean pots back to receive a free fresh face mask". Win win

I hate the feeling a lot of moisturizers give you, you know where they just tend to sit on your skin? This doesn't do that to me at all, it goes on smoothly and absorbs into your skin amazingly (including the face) even though the texture looks as though it would need some vigorous rubbing to make it all disappear. It's also amazing for when you've just shaved, I've never had such silky feeling legs before. When I apply it first thing in the morning my body still feels hydrated and soft 10 hours later, then I will usually I reapply before bed, rinse and repeat.

My partner has quite bad eczema on his lower back, we tried some Dreamcream on that the other night as well, usually he reacts to everything and anything other than aqueous cream. The skin was quite cracked but the difference was instant, straight away his back was hydrated and no longer flaking.

Three different people all with different skin, and we all love it.

Definable won't be using another moisturizer anytime soon.

Tips: A little goes along way

My nightmare now a 'Dream' come true!

I am cursed with dry sensitive skin and I tell you what I can use all the creams, potions and lotions on the market but no matter how much it feels great at the start; my skin always rebels and goes back to being dry! I was sick to death of the endless brands that promised to help but they never really delivered anything besides soft skin for no longer than two months. This is when I decided to find something that was more natural and gentle on my already angry skin.

I was told to try the Dream Cream from Lush by someone else who has touchy skin and uses this. I bought the biggest tub of it to make sure I had a good supply so $34.90 later for a 240g container I forged ahead with my hope hanging by a thread.

The tub itself is black, simple and in keeping with their clean green image. No fancy writing or pictures just plain writing with name and all the important things like instructions, ingredients etc. It has a screw top lid which helps keep it fresh. I love how you can return a certain number of full size containers to recycle and you get a free fresh face mask! That is the best incentive to recycle. The cream itself is white and lotion like in consistency. Not overly thick but not watery either. It has the scent of chamomile tea which to me is very calming before I even dip in skin first.

I always shower and exfoliate before using this so that my skin is a fresh canvas and ready to soak up all that Dream Cream goodness. The instructions say to generously spread the cream over your desired places. I use it as a full body moisturizer, even the face. It's very cooling and refreshing going on the skin. I find it can take a few swipes over of the hands to rub it in enough otherwise you are left with a white film. I leave it on my skin for five minutes before I get dressed because it can be hard to get in to some things due to the film of moisturizer.

I have used this in my hair as well for an emergency hair mask and let me tell you how great my hair felt afterwards! It gave me the re hydration it needed at the time so it's versatile too! When I shave my legs they can react quite badly to the irritation of a razor creating rashes and all sorts. I slather this on afterwards and I remain rash free yay! I have been using this for near two months now and am still experiencing the soft skin, the re hydrated skin, the suppleness, the no flaking. My hope has knitted a couple more threads so I will continue to use and see if my mind or my skin changes its mind later on. For now I am in love with this natural goodness that is my skins DREAM come true!

Tips: Use in your hair for an emergency hair mask or for an after shave lotion.

Dreamy & Creamy ;)

Dream Cream is an absolutely beautiful body moisturizer that is perfect for the skin on my legs after shaving. It is the only moisturizer I can apply after shaving my legs that doesn't irritate them and give me a rash...attractive, I know.

The texture is creamy but as I am used to using Body Butter from The Body Shop I don't find it to be too heavy. That being said, it does a wonderful job of adding moisture to my skin which lasts about 12 hours.

When I first sniffed it, I really didn't appreciate the smell, but now it is one of my faves. There's just something so comforting about it, and sometimes I'll open up the tub just to give it a sniff.

I also love that when you return five empty black pots back to LUSH you get a free Fresh Face Mask-Bonus!

Tips: Apply just a touch of Dream Cream to your upper body at night time to help to send you off to sleep.

Sensitive skins best friend

I have super sensitive skin. Typically after I shave my legs, I can't use any moisturizer on them until the next day otherwise I get little red stinging bumps all over them. I tried Dream Cream because it sounded really gentle and soothing, and it really was. It doesn't upset my skin at all and leaves it smooth and silky feeling. 100% recommend for sensitive skin. The only downside for me is the price!

Tips: Because its super moisturizing, you only need to use a little bit!

Dreamy cream

I was searching for a rich moisturizer when I purchased the 100 grams online, I wasn't sure how I would like this but I saw this was one of their top products that they sold.

The cream is thick, you would think that because it is thick you need to continuously rub it in, but you don't! Once the cream touches your skin it starts to absorb instantly, a few light rubs and your done! And after that you can't stop feeling your skin, it honestly makes your skin as smooth as silk.

It is heavily scented of lavender and chamomile, I am not a lavender person, so it took me a while to adjust to the scent. Now I actually like the scent, I love putting this cream on after my shower before bed time, it makes me feel so relaxed and its been helping me fall to sleep.

I have noticed a big change in my skin since using this, I used to get really dry heels and ankles but now they are soft and smooth. And also after shaving my legs it gives a soothing effect and makes them incredibly smooth. Nothing feels better than shaved smooth legs and a clean bed, ahhh its so heavenly!

If you tried to sell me this months ago I would say it is too expensive. But now that I have been using it, I will definitely be repurchasing this again.

Goes on like a dream

I recently got a tub of this as part of a lush gift pack. I'd never bought it in the past because my skin can be a little sensitive to tea tree (which is in this product), but after doing a little patch test and finding no irritation I started trying it out on different things. This is the most amazing products I've ever tried. It soothes burns, helps calm down my horrible itchy hives that I get from mosquito bites, soothes shaving rash (and pretty much makes it disappear overnight) and even helped soothe my horrible acne breakouts. As soon as I applied the cream my skin felt instantly soothed, it helped with redness and my skin felt less irritated. This is a real all rounder, and the best thing is you only need a teeny little bit. It sinks in quickly and has an unoffensive herby smell. I love this cream and will definitely be buying another tub once I've made my way through this one!

Tips: A little goes a long way :)
