Reach Flouride Mint Waxed Floss

After running out of my usual dental floss, I was lucky enough to find this is my bathroom draw! Seems I am more organised then I thought!

It comes in a small white plastic container, with the floss being green in colour. It has a flip top lid, and you can see the roll of floss through this lid so you know exactly how much floss is left (something that my normal dental floss does not have).

I find the floss is actually is a bit harsher on my gums then my regular floss, but it does do a good job at cleaning and scraping the tight gaps between my teeth. It leaves a pleasant and not overpowering minty taste in my mouth which I quite like.

However, I do find at times the floss strand splits or shreds when I’m using it which is not a good feeling, especially if it shreds in-between your teeth!

However, overall a good floss at an affordable price. Its not my favourite, and i would consider it average, but I will be keeping it in my bathroom for a back-up to my regular floss!

Minty and delicious, this floss does what it says. It's gentle on your gums, it has a refreshing minty taste and it leaves your mouth feeling clean. I like the way it gets all of the food and particles out from in between my teeth and doesn't frey or break off. Some flosses are sharp and don't easily get in those hard to reach places but this one does it all. The packaging is small and handy, perfect for on the go and everyday use :)

This floss will forever be my favourite. It's nicely flavored, doesn't tear and separate and it has a easy click shut container. I have repurchased it many times. I used to be a dental assistant and this was the floss that the dentist used.

Dental floss is a great invention... unless you already have fillings and tight gaps between your teeth. I have been bestowed with an small overcrowded mouth and flossing has never been the easiest of tasks but I do it regularly regardless.

I have one or two teeth that have jagged ridges where the filling or tooth grabs the floss and proceeds to rip it to shreds (think Freddy Kruger), often leaving fibers attached to or stuck between my teeth.

I do like the convenient little tooth-like package and the little floss grabber/cutter is great. the lid can open very easily (one handed even). The flavour is fresh yet not over-powering.

This however is a hit and miss product for me and due to my mouth situation (dentists tell me the teeth are normal and smooth yet it still snags), I prefer dental tape... it is flatter, less fiber-like and holds together better (can be a little sharp if not gentle or teeth are tight).

Want a dental floss that leaves a nice aftertaste? A dental floss that doesn't seem to cut into your gums? A dental floss that is in small and convenient packaging? Then this is for you. It's nothing fancy, and can be picked up at most supermarkets, but it does what it says it will and leaves your mouth feeling fresh.

I purchased this from the supermarket for a couple of dollars and it is my favourite floss!! The Reach Flouride Mint Waxed Floss is just the right size to get between my teeth and had a nice minty taste to it which leaves my mouth feeling refreshed and clean. I find that this product is very gentle and doesn't irritate my gums or hurt my teeth.

I floss daily and think that this floss is great! It is very affordable and works well. Highly recommended!!

I've been using Reach products for years and find them very good. This dental floss is no exception.

I purchased it on special at New World for $3.49.

The container, similarly to other floss contacters, is small with a pull thread to access.

The thread is not too thin and sharp like some, and is comfortable to use, helped by the wax coating.

It leaves a nice fresh mint flavour in the mouth.

To be honest, I tend not to be loyal any particular floss, and buy whichever one is on special, but I have to say this is my favourite of them as it is so comfortable.

I recommend it to others to try.

I use this product as I have terrible teeth and work hard to maintain them. It's fresh and minty and the best part doest fray easily like other brands I have tryed. I also like that fact from start to finish the level of mint freshness doesn't diminish as often floss lasts a long time when the rolls are so long. I'd happily continue to use it.
