Colgate Advanced Whitening Toothpaste Review

This product is pricey and smaller then a average tube of toothpaste. It is of a gritty consistency compared to the normal type. I guess this is part of the power total control whitening. For me I did like using it but I have not seen any results of my teeth being whiter then before use. It leaves no fresh mint or flavour after taste. And now at the end of the tube I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it but if it was on a sale I would buy it again. works well combined with mouthwash. The gritty consistency would or could be described as porous which gives the feeling something is working. Wouldn't rely on it for it breath freshness abilities. Seems to do its job as a toothpaste and has been able to get the unwanted out of my teeth. All in all. Does majority of what it's meant to.

This is great for cleaning your teeth, but I have never noticed an improvement on whitening of teeth though, more likely prevents further staining then anything else, I don't feel like it has long lasting fresh breath with this product too, so for price and size it's not one of the types of tooth paste I regularly reach for, just a normal standard toothpaste in my eyes

This is my current product, it has been for the past year or so. I have yet to see a difference in my teeth's colour, so I gave that a rating of 2*. I like the taste of this toothpaste, it's not overly strong, as I hate that, but it still cleans your teeth quite well, although it doesn't whiten. It lasts me quite a long time, about a month and a half to two months, but I am the only one who uses it (a pretty generous amount, too). I'd say it's a pretty decent toothpaste, a family brand, but if you want something that really whitens, you'd better find another product.

Used this for about a month and abit. I dont think it pervented stains for me. I brushed my teeth In the morning and then I drunk a whole raspberry drink and I had a pinkish stain on my teeth. I love the taste though and that smooth feeling after brushing also had nice breath. But my teeth didn’t get any whiter, sadly. Just a normal toothpaste really.

My teeth are pretty white anyway but there is always room for improvement on the off white colour they are currently from drinking far too much tea.

This toothpaste has a pleasant minty taste that is not too hot like I really dislike but also the fresh minty feeling lasts for a few hours after use which is what I love. I don't have to worry about breathing around people wondering if my breath is ok.

The whitening didn't happen at all but I am happy to report my teeth are less sensitive to cold and hot things so I don't wince when eating such temperatures and don't have to be so mindful of it. My teeth are left feeling fur free and clean all the things I love in a toothpaste so although it didn't whiten it kept them clean and strong both very important to me.

It cleans my teeth well, leaving breath fresh. Although it left my teeth quite sensitive. Most toothpaste don't actually whiten teeth so I wasn't expecting it to whiten my teeth.

It comes in the standard white box with a gold tube. The toothpaste itself is white and has a mild scent and taste which I prefer.

You do get a decent amount of product as most toothpastes are only around 100g but I still probably wouldn't repurchase since I don't feel like it does much for me. It says it cleans but my teeth still end up feeling fuzzy later on throughout the day and in terms of lightening stains, I drink a lot of coffee and tea and after using a whole tube, I don't feel like there's a noticeable difference.

I would repurchase this if I needed a generic toothpaste but not for its whitening purpose

I've been using this toothpaste every day for the last few months and I can tell you straight up: my teeth aren't much whiter. Maybe they are a shade whiter but that's probably because I'm brushing my teeth a lot more these days because I cannot stand the tiniest bit of that furry feeling you get after not brushing after a few meals. It really just whitens the edges of your teeth and not so much the center. This toothpaste is great if you want a good clean and a nice minty taste but not if you want visibly whiter teeth!

I would use this again just as a normal toothpaste but not to whiten as it doesnt work. The taste is ok and it cleans well.
