NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

At first I found the smell overpowering and the spray very cold. Great for Summer but not in winter. As time went on I got used to the smell and it worked as far as controlling the perspiration. I would only use it again if I was doing something particularly energetic like running a Marathon. The Aluminium in the product also gives me great concern.

Nivea Stress Protect is touted for emotional sweating, as you sweat differently than when engaged in physical activity. Alot of us will know what it's like to be under stress, so I can completely understand the gap in the market for this product. I have now used this aerosol for several days (having not taken any exercise during this time) but find this product like any other aerosol I have used. I actually found the need to reapply in the late afternoon to remain fresh. The scent is pleasant and citrusy. I have bought another can, as I received a discount coupon, but I don't think it will forever replace the usual one I wear.

Im a very busy Mum of 5 and I'm constantly running around like a mad woman most days so was quite interested to see how this one would fair. These past few days we have been moving bedrooms around and its been quite hot. I found this deodorant not much better than my regular one if I'm honest. I also wouldn't agree that it would last 48hrs. Saying that i like the smell of it, quite fresh and it doesn't leave a wet, sticky or a white powdery residue like i find some sprays to do. I also found that it was good against odours too. I will probably buy this one again as i was quite pleased with how it performed :)

I was really happy to see that the packaging wasn't geared to a specific 'genre' of woman, it was quite neutral which was great to see. Now for my first test I used it on freshly shaved underarms. I was expecting the usual aerosol deodorant sting, and you know what - no sting and no irritation! I stuck it out for the 48hours and I have to say it did keep me dry. Unfortunately the deodorant doesn't last that long. :( In saying that and being a plus size woman, it is fantastic under the breasts and anywhere else you would be prone to perspiration. Last thing a girl wants is that damp feeling to ruin an otherwise fabulous day! The scent lasted all day, but I did find I needed to wear a little extra fragrance to compensate for that. Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably not. There are other antiperspirant deodorants that I rate higher.

I am not a huge fan of aerosols, but generally this worked quite well. On a couple of really hot days I was conscious of the fact though that it may not have been working as well as I would have expected. Nice smell!

I was already currently using the roll on of this product and love it. I tried the aerosol when i was at the gym both before and after. Personally I don't enjoy the smell of aerosols and wasn't to fond on the smell of this one either. I will continue to use the roll on but would not repurchase the aerosol as I need to be a fan of the smell if I am going to continuously use a product

My sample didn't arrive in my mailbox until Friday night so I only had two days to test this product before submitting my review. Because of the time constraint, I was not able to really give this a good test to determine if it did what it said it would. I did find this to be a good product nevertheless. I usually use a rollon deodorant and found the aerosol really easy to use and the deodorant dried really quickly and smelled pleasant. It kept me dry all day but I did not get a chance to test it during physical activity or stressful situations so cannot comment on its effectiveness at this stage. I would like to use the rollon version and compare to other rollon deodorants that I use for a more equivalent comparison.

I tried this product over 6 days during this time I went to the gym, did a full day of house cleaning. I found the deodorant worked as in no sweat or body odour however I found the perfume to be quiet strong and that is what I could smell stronger after my gym workout
