I found that this nail polish had a really strong smell, not sure if it was just this colour, I also found it tried a lot brighter but darker than I originally thought it would be, didn't love the colour, land up giving it to a friend but she loves it!

OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
I loved the consistency of this polish, it was very easy to apply and gave a very good finish. It is opaque in two coats however you could put on three to make it a bit bolder. The colour looks more like a blue-grey with silver shimmers, I don't quite like the colour which is a shame because the texture is amazing!
Makes a good feature nail. Being duochrome the colour changes depending on the light. Needs a few coats applied.
This is a lovely deep purple. But I personally felt it washed me out a bit. I love a bold nail colour but this was to deep and dark for me personally. I think it would suit certain skin tones and look great
I loves the brightness of this red colour and my nails look good however the only thing i find with OPI polishes is that they tend to chip very easily (well with me anyways). Also don't like how the red polish tends to stain the nail and fingers a little after removing it. Would use it again though as the colour is really great.
I tried the pink, orange, black and yellow OPI Nail colours. They looked absolutely amazing on. But the colour chipped off really fast and the 2nd or 3rd time of using it, the product in the bottle had gone extremely gluggy. For such a well named product I was really disappointed at that.
I have always loved OPI for their selection of colours and the quality of the product. But then I started working in jobs that put my hands under a lot of stress. Working in restaurants and now in preschool, OPI just doesn't stand the test of water, chemicals, and constant battering. I still use it if I'm not going to be working for a week or two, but I've found other more hard wearing nail varnishes to keep me looking lovely while I work.
Tips: I have always loved how nicely OPI varnishes come off without leaving a stain.
Let's be honest - out of all beauty products, nail polish is probably the most overpriced in NZ compared how how much the product is worth. OPIs, especially, is wayyy overpriced. $$ aside, all the OPI colors I have work well and are holding up really well, even the ones I've had for a long time. Also, there are too many fakes out there - it used to be pretty easy to tell, but now the smell and bottle printing of fakes is improving and I just feel like it's easier to buy another brand such as essie to avoid this hassle.
For me for the price they are, I'd hope it would stay on longer. I have cheaper brands that last longer.
There are sooo many colours to pick from which is great. The bottles are nice shapes and easy to hold while painting and holding the bottle at the same time.
I really need to start trying more brands on my nails.
and why I hear you say? Because like that phrase, this nail lacquer makes no sense!!
I held the bottle up to the light and I could see greens, hints of yellow, beautiful purples, russet brown. It's like a gorgeous oil spill in a bottle. It's a great shame that these colours just don't make it to your nail!
It's not even extreme lighting changes that affect the colour - if I move a toe it changes shade and I really wouldn't mind but the colours range from ooo to meh, to what?!
The deep plum shade which seems to occur most consistently in bright sunlight is gorgeous - its a rich, vampy, juicy colour.
Muir Muir on the Wall fails indoors and in muted lighting, where it turns in to either a mahogany (which is surprisingly dull) or a rather flat earthy brown.
I found two coats essential for shine and like all OPIs it last well and doesn't chip easily.
Tips: Maybe a colour for the toes....that way you can show it off outside in the sun and cover it with socks when you're inside!
