Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Eyeliner Review

I absolutely love this product I use it everday I tryed using it after a gel pencil and never looked back from using another gel liner product. I love the brush because I have more guidance instead of using a pencil. My friend wanted to try it and she has now brought one herself

This is the best gel liner I've come across, after trying out many. Most liners do not come with a pottle and are more like a felt tip pen, which means they dry out very quickly. With the Maybelline Studio Gel Liner you won't have this problem and it will last a very long time. While it can be tricky to get a hand of application, once you've practiced, the results are far better than other affordable brands.

i was surprised by how well this worked. it glides on so smoothly that you are guaranteed a flawless finish! perfect for a winged liner. it is my go to gel liner. i might even go so far as to say its better than MAC's gel liner.

I love this product i use it alot, i like the consistency how its creamy and well pigmented, its nice for a smokey eye, , i have this in brun azwel i love them both you can create so many looks, il keep buying these :)

I've always been a liner girl but thought I would try a gel liner as I had heard so much. This I really black which is great but I feel it looks a bit harsh on me. It is also something that you have to practise with. I found it hard to apply evenly. Again it's not the products fault but operator error. I think I'm just safer with a pencil.

I own this product in Black. I suffer from oily lids, so it's important that any eyeliner I put on will stay put. This does just that - it stays on through everything. It's smooth and creamy to apply. The brush that comes with it is alright - not the best for gel eyeliner, but it's not so low quality that it falls apart when washed.

Veyr pigmented and long lasting. Best gel liner I've tried yet! I prefer it over liquid liners because there is much more control and room for error. My favourite brushes to use with it are small angled liner brushes, but it works great with pointed brushes too!

This eyeliner I found really good for night wear if you want something dramatic. Personally I prefer a pen as it is easier to use and provides a finer line. This produces a thicker line but you do have more freedom and it definitely lasts a long time!

Good product! Love the brush it comes with, obviosuly a professional makeup brush works better but for the money being paid.

I was nervous about using this as it seemed for difficult than a regular liquid eyeliner. But.. such easy application! If it was smudged easy to come off. Stayed throughout the day!

Does tend to smudge a bit, and the brush shape does make it hard to do thin discrete lines. Better for building a bold cat-eye look.

Overall: Good product, love the dense black.

I recently decided to try gel liner again after purchasing some from a different brand and absolutely hated it. So far the product is a little so so in my opinion. I like that it glides on easy and doesn't pull at the eye but because of my hooded eyes it does transfer to my top lids which I find if I don't stick around home and wait for that to happen so I can remove it, that the line just stays on my top lid all day. I am currently in the process of trying different primers and setting the liner itself with a black eyeshadow and have found that nothing really stops it from smudging and transferring. This is a product I really want to love so I hope that with time and with a little more practice I will learn how to make this product work the best
