This conditioner smells absolutely delicious and comes in a 350ml recyclable bottle. It is vegan for those that prefer that and it doesn't contain silicon which is preferable to me. Garnier also commit to a world without animal testing which gets my vote. I like how the bottle is a different cllour than the shampoo as I struggle to read labels in the shower without my glasses on. I used this conditioner a few times and although I found it thinner than my usual conditioner, it did leave my hair feeling soft and easy to comb. I feel I need to use it longer to garner as to whether it repaired my chemically treated hair to any great extent. I couldn't read the ingredients on the bottle very well as the print is quite small but aside from that, I give it a thumbs up.

Tips: Use in conjunction with the papaya shampoo and hair mask for optimum results.
I like the smell and the texture of Garnier Fructis Hair Food Papaya Conditioner which isn't to sticky so it makes my hair stay nice for a long time without getting oily. I usually have problems with conditioners that makes my hair oily and I don't see any problems with oily hair using this product. The only thing I noticed was I needed to use a lot of conditioner to detangle my hair and I feel like I'm using more conditioner than usual. Overall, I would still use this because of the smell.
As with the shampoo this smells amazing. It lathers well and a small amount goes a long way. Reasonably priced and sourced easily. Made my hair feel nourished and I will be buying it in the future.
Tips: Use with other garnier hair food products
While I really enjoyed the packaging and scent of this conditioner I didn’t find it helped much with my dry ends or do anything for the damage. It does de tangle my ends but I actually prefer to use the original tub (mask) as a conditioner . I will use this again because I do think it’s good value and I love the fragrance but for my dry ends I need something a little bit more nourishing. This is a great option for those that have fine hair though as it doesn’t weigh it down at all.
First of all the fragrance is lovely, and did not make my hair limp lime so many other conditioners do. Lime that the fragrance is scented coconut, papaya, very nice and does not smell artificial in any way Bottle is nice to handle although a little small and possibly you could use the conditioner up in two washes because if you had long hair
Tips: Keep bottles away from children as had a few children think they were drink bottles when they saw them !
When I first squeezed the conditioner into my hands I felt a wee bit unsure . It looked like it wasn’t gonna do much for my long hair that tangles easy due to damage . The conditioner looked very runny which was my concern , but I was pleasantly surprised by it as it detangled my hair and made it feel so soft . I really loved the smell too and I think you can actually see coconut in the conditioner. I thought it was nice and I would probably use it again.
From first impressions, the bottle for the shampoo and conditioner is sleek and actually looks like a drink (so be careful around kids my family thought it was food). The bottle is not pumped style but has a secure cap, I think I do prefer the pump-style bottles as I find them easier to use in the shower.
This left my hair silky-smooth. It didn't make my hair super oily after straightening which many conditioners have done in the past. The conditioner was slightly thick and very easy to apply and you don't need much product to apply this thoroughly throughout the hair. I left this on for 2 minutes then rinsed it out. My hair still smells amazing after it has been straightened and doesn't get that slightly burnt smell. I found that my hair doesn't get frizzy the next day as it usually does, this is an amazing feature of this product. My hair also did not get oily to fast which I find happens with many conditioners, I didn't have to use any dry shampoo when I used this.
The bottle is 350mL and will last a very long time much longer than its shampoo counterpart as it just glides on the hair meaning you don't need much product. My hair is medium length so for longer hair you may need more product than I do. This is definitely something I can see myself using each hair wash I have.
I love that this brand is biodegradable and vegan which makes this more appealing.
I really love this conditioner for a number of reasons.
Firstly, the conditioner goes really far as it's quite light and milky. You should be able to get approximately 35 uses out of a bottle - so long as you don't spill it!
Secondly, it smells amazing. I can't go past a good smelling hair product - it really makes my morning.
I was a bit perplexed by the 'fast rinse' claim on the bottle - but it really does rinse out very fast. I didn't know this was what I needed in my life. There is nothing worse than hopping out of the shower to notice you've still got conditioner on the back of your neck!
Finally and most importantly, I noticed the results instantly. After the first use my hair was noticeably softer and healthier looking. What more could a girl want?! This will definitely be my new go-to conditioner.
Tips: Be careful not to spill it - the product is quite runny so don't squeeze the bottle too hard!
Oh Garnier. You have struck gold with the hair food range!
1. The packaging. It looks amazing - like little juice or milk bottles. The conditioner is white easy to tell apart from the shampoo's orange bottle. Very sturdy lids, so would be good for trips away. Lots of information.
2. The smell. PAPA-YES!!! It is strong, it last long. It makes you hungry. What more could you want from a conditioner flavour?
3. Cost. I had a quick google and these seem to be around the 11$ mark - very reasonable.
4. Economical? I use thrice the conditioner to shampoo, so I'm going to need to replace this much sooner than the shampoo.
5. The results. WOWZA. My bleached ends felt hydrated and less brittle than before use. My hair was very soft and shiny but not fluffy or weighed down.
All up its about the best supermarket conditioner I've tried.
