L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Fibralogy Conditioner Review

My hair is really quite fine and falls flat on my face without any volume so I was super excited when I heard this range was coming out. This conditioner does claim to make my hair thicker after each use but it did not really deliver on that claim. I wash my hair everyday due to the fact that it is super thin and goes greasy super quick! I have not noticed any changes to the thickness of my hair at all. The conditioner has a nice scent which is not overpowering but it does not actually do what a conditioner should do. It does not make my hair soft, shiny or detangle it. It actually made my hair quite unmanageable. Not something I would repurchase from this range :(

Given my complete love of the Fibralogy Shampoo, this conditioner had a lot to live up to. Sadly I wasn't as impressed. It's good, but nothing better than any other conditioner and at $8.99 I'm not sure I would seek it out. I found that, unless I used a lot of the conditioner, my ends were left very dry. Over the last couple of days I have used the Fibralogy Shampoo with my preferred conditioner to better effect/result. I will continue to use the Fibralogy Shampoo but will use it with another brand conditioner.

I am not sure if this has thickened my hair or not. I've used it twice a week for the past month or so and haven't been able to spot any discernible difference in volume or strand thickness. HOWEVER! My hair has improved in quality. It's shinier and smoother and doesn't tangle as easily. That last property I've found to be a side effect of thickened hair from dyeing, so it could be evidence of the product's effectiveness. The conditioner is lovely to use. It spreads a large area quite well so you don't need to use an enormous amount even if you have miles of hair like I do. It smells great, and you get out of the shower with soft, supple feeling hair.

I have been using this conditioner along with the matching shampoo and the thickening serum. I have very oily roots and normally I can only add conditioner to the ends of my hair but I can put this conditioner all over and don't have any issues with excess oil.

This conditioner is very light and my hair has definitely had added thickness without being weighed down my conditioner. I probably wouldn't use other conditioners but my hair is also very knotty. I didn't notice any increase in the knots in my hair so that was another bonus.

As with the conditioner I would love to see this product in a larger size with a pump but it is still very reasonable for a product that actually does what it says!

As with the shampoo, I was really excited to trial the Fibralogy range as my hair is fine and breaks and splits easily and I could always do with some more volume and strength! I love the teal and fuchsia colour combo of the packaging - it's stunning and really brightens up my shower shelf! The formula is creamy and smells really lovely so is nice to use. After using the conditioner my hair did look shinier and smoother but it didn't feel or look any stronger or fuller, if anything it made it more limp and flat than what I was using before. If you're looking for something cheap that you can chuck in the trolley and give you a bit more shine then I would say give it a go, if you're wanting fuller and stronger hair then I would say it may not be the best product to try.

The conditioner smells so so nice. Loved how it made my hair feel. I did notice my hair thicker with using the shampoo and conditioner, and less hair fall also. Definately gave my hair more body and volume and my hair was shiny the day of washing.

I used this conditioner along with the shampoo to try and achieve optimal results. As with the shampoo, I have not noticed any difference in the thickness of my hair. I don't generally use conditioners as my hair is quite long and thin, and I always have the notice of conditioners "weighing my hair down". But with this product, I wanted to be sure I could write an accurate review so I used it exactly as directed and used the conditioner after the shampoo. Although it didn't make my hair appear any thicker, I can say that I loved the smell and it did make my hair feel really soft and smooth! Even with my hair wet, it felt so soft and I asked my partner to feel it and even he could feel a difference in my hair!

So overall, I can't say I would use this product again, but similar to the shampoo, I will continue to use the bottle until it's done and will write another review for all the thin haired ladies out there in case it does make a difference with continued use!

I used both the shampoo and conditioner in the Loreal Paris Elvive Fibralogy range and to be honest I really disliked the shampoo but loved the conditioner

Although my hair did look thicker and initially immediately after washing it felt very clean I found I needed to wash it everyday as it became greasy very quickly. Once I teamed the conditioner with a totally different shampoo I loved the way my hair looked, full soft and shiny!!

I personally wouldn't use the shampoo again but will definitely use the conditioner again

This conditioner was great for my hair and my hair lasts longer without needing a wash. However I didn't notice much of a difference in the thickness of my hair. I did have more good than bad hair days though which was nice

This product complements the shampoo quite well, the scent is similar but like the shampoo is pleasant and subtle. The consistency is similar to any other conditioner, it's easy to get out of the bottle and is easy to distribute through the hair (mine is just below shoulder length). It washes out easily.

This conditioner leaves my hair soft and manageable with no static. It does provide some volume but I wouldn't say that my hair has got 'thicker from the inside' since using this range. Interestingly, I have noticed that my hair dries quicker when using this range (shampoo & conditioner) compared to what I normally use.
