This is BB cream 'Original' I got mine whilst on special at Countdown for about $12. I was meant to buy BB cream 'Oil Free' but got this by mistake. The product unfortunately doesn't live up to its claim to produce a firmer and glowing skin. I find the smell a bit unpleasant, the colour a bit dull and it did not correct my wrinkles or firm up the skin. I don't have oily skin but I much prefer the 'oil free' version of this product. Apparently there's a sensitive BB cream out now, that will be interesting to try to.

Tips: I much prefer the 'oil free' version to the 'original' version.
Beyond disappointed with this BB cream, it is so orange I got this in light shade but it is not light or even close it is just plain orange I am so glad I did not pay for this product and received it as a prize from Garnier I don't even know if it does all its special wrinkle/anti aging stuff as I covered it right up with my foundation,This is not for me.
While reading this please take into account that I have oily/combo skin and I don't need "Anti Aging" products, I'm 19.
I feel bad giving a bad review to something that I was sent for free, but I really dislike this product. The only reason it even got one kiss is because I couldn't give zero.
When I first went to put it on my face the first thing I noticed was the smell, it's quite overpowering and floral, i really hated the smell and could even smell it for awhile after application.
I thought it was going to do a decent job, it felt quite thick and I thought it could have potential. When I put it on my face it was much more like a slightly tinted moisturizer than a BB cream, little to no coverage and had a strange sticky feeling which I hadn't experienced with a Foundation or BB cream before. The colour was quite orange too and didn't match my skin tone very well.
I had to set this with a powder because of the sticky feel, and after about an hour my skin started looking oily and it started looking very patchy. This never happens with my regular foundation.
To be fair, this product is not marketed at my skin type and I can't expect perfect things because of that. Possibly if I had dry or aging skin this may have worked out better for me, and if you do, then it might work well for you :)
I almost hated this product, and that almost because it was a free one. It just didn't seem to do it for me and it felt really greasy from the time I put it on until I took it off. I did give it a fair go for a week and no its not my thing.
I am a great fan of BB creams but I hated this one. I got it in the shade light but it was far too dark for my face. I found it hard to blend and it didn't provide much coverage. It also left a greasy finish. I gave it to my sister to try and she noticed the same things I mentioned above.
I hated this, it was impossible to blend. During the day the BB cream would start to look patchy. It would come off in warmer days and the coverage was awful!
I really disliked this BB cream. It could possibly be due to my oily skin type and colouring, but I found that it had very light coverage so didn't do much in the way of evening out skin tone or covering up blemishes. After a couple of hours, my skin looked very oily and patchy where the. BB cream had begun to wear away. I also found the medium colour I tried made me look very orange. Overall, this product reminded me more of a tinted moisturiser than a BB cream. Definately would not recommend for oily skin users.
I have maturing skin, oily T Zone, otherwise normal but a bit of sagging which I hate! I was excited to try this BB cream as I hadn't heard of anti-aging one before. It was quite a thick cream and I had the Fair coloured one, the colour was perfect. It had a lovely refreshing perfume which I liked. The packaging appears to me, to be a bit "busy", gives a 'budget' look I think. I am writing this review earlier than I would normally write a review having only had the product a couple of days. The reason I'm writing the review early is that I won't be using this product again. I have used it twice. It is so very greasy, even my eye-lids felt greasy and like they were sticking together or at the very least were wet. I applied it with a quality foundation brush. It has a very light coverage, too light for me, but the cream itself, feels very heavy. Some people might say that it's ok for weekend wear or if you just want a light cover but I would be scared of it slipping right off my face without a mountain of powder over the top! It has a very 'dewy' finish, or should that be 'greasy'. I cannot say specifically what longevity is like as both times I have worn it, I have had to put quite a bit of powder on otherwise I would have simply taken it off and used another foundation. It claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines, but it sinks into them and shows them up. I did not notice any tightening of my skin. So all things considered, I would not recommend the anti-aging one. The other types might be better, I don't know.Even though it is a relatively good price, I do not think it's worth the money. There are better BBs out there.
Tips: Powder, powder, powder.
I have oily, acne prone, maturing skin and I was quite excited to try this product in the hopes that Garnier would be able to pull off a cheaper option for me from what I’ve used in the past.
When I opened the tube and squeezed some out for application I found the smell, although pleasant, was loud and over powering and when I was sitting at my computer I would get wafts of the scent from it periodically. I want to smell wafts of scent from my perfume, not from my skincare products.
I applied this product using my fingers and found consistency of the product nice and easy to smooth over my skin, however, I found the coverage was that of a tinted moisturizer, not only that but it left an oily/dewy sheen on my skin that even by applying my mineral foundation would still show through. I love full MATTE coverage so this was a huge disappointment to me. If you already have flawless skin then you’ll love this, if you have acne, acne scarring, rosacea, or any uneven skin tone, this BB Cream will not even come close to evening them out.
Unfortunately this product had no staying power for me. It literally melted off my face along with my mineral foundation within about four hours (something completely unheard of!) and left my skin patchy where the product had settled into some of my lines. I was horrified to look in the mirror and find I looked like a zebra, no wonder I was getting funny looks at the shopping center. Due to this, I can not even continue using it to test out it's anti-ageing benefits.
I have used slightly more expensive BB Creams that do more than this one and although they are costly, they actually work and the price balances out because you use less.
The box says that it “Contains Sunscreen” however, it does not say what sun protection factor it is nor does the box recommend you to wear a regular sunscreen. For an anti-aging product, not only is this extremely misleading and disappointing, I find it is also irresponsible.
Tips: If you have mature yet oily skin, don't use a moisturiser first and definitely use a primer if you want to even attempt to make this product work for you.
Very lucky to receive this free but oh so disappointed. I'm 45 so was very excited when read it covers wrinkles but alias it didn't reduce any signs of the wrinkles nor did it reduce the appearance of my dark circles also found it quite greasy and heavy on my skin. Wore it a couple days to give it a good go but felt a bit oompa loompa in colour. Felt maybe when summer does arrive and my skin changes to a lovely olive colour it might work better so will try again then just for around the house.
