There is very little I don't love about these polishes. They come in a large range of colors, which is ever expanding. I have Street Flair, Hunger Flames, Game of Chromes, Pink Tank, and Mad Women, plus two top coats. I am also looking to get a black and white, as they are the best lasting polishes I own.
The brush is my favorite thing, and it seems everyone is jumping on the same sort of brush as well. They are flat and wide, rather than thin and skinny like they used to be. They are AMAZING. I can cover a nail in two strokes if I wished, but I always do three, one down the middle and one on either side. I find it provides the best coverage with little to no stuff ups on my part.
The formula is a thick kind of runny. It doesn't dry out as you paint, like some formulas which is awesome. The next best thing about this polish? The staying power. I've managed to get 2 weeks wear out of one polish without topping up with a top coat. 2 WEEKS! For a polish that you can buy at Farmers or wherever, I'm blown away. I love this stuff. I also found that the drying time was cut in half - which is another bonus. A super quick drying polish that lasts for 2 weeks? You must be cray.
The only thing I don't like is the fact it makes my nails peel - I have weak nails anyway but this makes them go super peely. If they didn't peel, I'm almost positive I could get an extra 2 weeks wear out of it. I would definitely buy these again, and I am open for donations of them ;-)
I picked up this product up in the duo pack from Farmers for $20. I love that you can pick them up in the set and then buy individual colours as well. I picked up the colour Birthday Suit as it is a very neutral creamy nude which I love to wear for long wearing nail polish as it goes with any outfit I might wear for work during the week.
I love the brush that these have. It is a bit flatter and wider than the usual nail polish brushes that I am used to. But I found that it made it a lot quicker to apply due to the brush being able to get the colour across the nail quicker. I didn't have any problems with the drying time of this nail polish. I made sure to do nice thin coats. My main problem with this nail polish is that it is incredibly streaky. It takes a good 3 to 4 coats of this to get an even opaque application of colour. Then apply the top coat. I didn't notice anything special about the top coat.
The lasting power of this nail polish is great! BUT it isn't 2 weeks. I find that I can get to around 6-7 days with this before it starts chipping around the edges.
So overall I would still recommend this product as it has a much better lasting power than any I have tried before.
