MAC Studio Face and Body Foundation Review

I have very dry skin and use an intense day cream plus the MAC SPF 50 prep and prime before I put this on and it still feels like water and so refreshing on my skin. I actually look forward to putting it on as my face looks and feels hydrated and the colour match is perfect. I prefer a dewy, natural finish and this delivers. My only issue is even with the prep and prime it only lasts about 7-8 hours. It doesn't have a scent and a little goes a long way if I'm using my makeup brush. I did try putting it on using my fingers but didn't get a nice finish and used way more product then when I use the brush to apply it. This is definitely a keeper and I will continue using it for everyday wear.

I loooove face and body! I wish I had discovered this gem sooner! I wore this foundation all summer long and it was so amazing on my skin! This foundation is quite runny, meaning that it is pretty sheer, but if all your after is a bit of colour correction this will be the foundation for you! I have pretty good skin so usually only want something to even out my skin tone. The best thing about this foundation is that it is so buildable so it can go from sheer to full coverage super easily. The colour range for this is great too meaning it's easy for everyone to get a match, or mix two together and that also works a treat!

This is my go-to all time favourite foundation. Super easy to work with and beautiful soft natural finish. I use this as my main base in a professional kit and it is amazing. Light weight (light coverage) however team it with a good concealer and powder and you have a flawless finish without heavy cakey look. Have tried dozens of different brands and products but this is the best!

I stumbled across this foundation when a girlfriend dragged me into a MAC store - well, she didn't so much drag me and try to make me tone down my screams of excitement.

The makeup artist in the store was amazing, she listened to what type of foundation I liked to wear, my normal daily activities and what I wanted my foundation to provide. She recommended the face and body one for me to tone down the redness, and to provide a buildable coverage that didn't matte up.

This is quite a fluid formula, and spreads beautifully across the skin. The bottle dispenser makes it easy to control the amount of product you squeeze out - initially I tried to dot it on my face, but found it easier to apply to my foundation brush and then my face.

Depending on the look I am going for, I can have anyway between a really light, shear look - to a more covered even canvas. The finish is what they call satin, it's not so much a dewy look, but definitely not matte.

Now that I have visited the store and found my perfect match, I can order through Farmers.

I love this product, I have previously used Mac Foundations and found that a couple of them were too thick for my liking. I love this Foundation as you can build it up to whatever coverage that you like. I have a friend who is a makeup artist and she introduced me to this. I've loved and used it ever since!

I LOVE this because it feels like a tinted moisturiser and it looks just like your skin. This was perfect for me as it gives a very natural look. However if you need anything more than a light coverage I would not recommend this.

I bought this foundation online in 'White' and 'C1,' after experimenting with it at a makeup school. Face and Body allows you to mix two different shades to get the perfect colour to match your skin tone - which for me was perfect, as I have never found a foundation pale enough to suit me! Coverage is very light and natural looking, evens out the skin tone well. Have used this on my legs to cover up bruises and it does wonders! So easy to blend in. I would recommend this to anyone. The only negative thing is that it comes off easily and doesn't really soak in if you put a moderate amount on.

This foundation is great. It's a light to buildable coverage that responds really well to movement and working into the skin. It's a very watery foundation but as you work it into the skin, it becomes tacky and then the more you rub it, the more coverage it provides. This foundation sits really well on the skin, looking natural, soft but still adding coverage. It has a dewy finish which I love and comes with tonnes of product for the price!

I have been using Mac Face and Body for nearly over a year now. I decided to try it out after watching a pixiwoo video on youtube and it looked like such a nice finish.

The formula is quite runny and it gives you a light to medium coverage depending how much you apply. I usually use my RT expert face brush to blend it in or my fingers. It has such a nice dewy finish and is so lightweight its perfect for everyday wear. The formula allows your skin to show through underneath so its perfect for a natural finish.

I have the standard 50ml bottle and having it for nearly year now i think I'm about 3/4 of the way through. (keep in mind i don't wear makeup everyday), My friend has the 150ml bottle and its massive, i think its worth it for an investment because it will last ages. The packaging is different to a standard foundation, but i think the way its designed you squeeze the bottle and can control how much foundation to come out. I find this foundation is perfect to wear to work, its not super heavy and i think its work appropriate.

When i first tried this foundation i fell in love and I'm still in a deep romantic relationship with it. ;)
