Maybelline Volum' Express Mega Plush Review

I brought this product out of sheer interest from the advertisements (sucker). This is a great mascara if you take the time to apply it right. It does become a hassle if you have longer lashes as the mascara can leave a trail along your brow bone and occasionally lash line if your in a hurry. If you apply generous coats quickly and accurately it can look amazing!. I always find you have to learn each new mascara you get. Not the worst mascara ive tried!

This is a great mascara for me. although i do love all the maybelline mascaras. it like the wand as i find it gives me quite alot of definition to my lashes. i do alway use it in conjunction with the maybelline falsies as that my holly grail mascara. i find the two together gives my=e defined volumised thickened lashes :)

I looooveeee this mascara! It is one of my favourites. Very easy to apply and makes your lashes look nice and thick. I prefer it over most of the other Maybelline mascaras!

I really like using this mascara, it lasts quite awhile so you get your moneys worth and application is so easy with this brush. You can easily layer it up with out it clumping but don't let it dry first! Its also a great mascara just to cover the top of your lashes when using a moer natural looking mascara for a different affect :)

This is my favourite mascara from maybellines volume express range. Easy to apply, doesnt flake or clump and gives your lashes a plush full volume look

I was totally unsure what to expect from this mascara, after reading quite mixed reviews. But I ended up really liking it!

There are several things about the Maybelline Volum' Express Mega Plush mascara which are different from other mascaras I've tried. First of all I noticed the brush was super flexible and bendy - still not sure if I like that! It's supposed to allow for a more gentle application of product, but I actually feel like it just takes longer to get the amount of mascara I want on my lashes. The plus side of this is that it prevents accidentally getting too much product on in one go.

The second unusual thing which I noticed was the formula, which initially appears a lot less heavy and thick than normal formulas. Once again, this allows for a more gentle and even build up, but also takes ages to get a more dramatic look.

Will use up the whole mascara, but don't think I will be repurchasing.

I've really enjoyed using this mascara, my tube is almost done but I'm still trying to use it till it's bitter end!

The packaging is nice, it's a bright green colour with pretty metallic pink writing on it. The look fits in with all the other maybelline mascaras as well.

When I first started using this mascara, I have to admit that I found it a bit hard to work with and I thought I was going to really hate it. The actual head is really large, I don't have any other maybelline mascaras open but I'm sure it's bigger than all the other ones I've used before. Also the wand is quite bendable, it has a sort of slit in it so it can bend 90 degrees (I'm not too sure how helpful this is though). After I'd used it for a few weeks I got used to applying it nicely without making to much of a mess on my upper eyelid!

The formula is nice, I can build really long lashes with lots of volume but they stay separate so no ugly clumps everywhere. It lasts all day on me without flaking too. I guess it's more on the wet side for a formula but it does dry pretty quickly so it won't smudge later when you touch your lashes.

I wouldn't say that it leaves your lashes supple, When I feel mine after the mascara has dried, they just feel the same as they usually do with any mascara on.

Would I buy this again? Yeah I would, I don't think it is my holy grail mascara but I do like how my lashes look when I use this and I will miss it once I've used all my tube up!

I ve recently been using this mascara and found it to work great. I love the brush it doesn't make my eye lashes look all spidery like some mascaras do. I've just purchased a new mascara as I'm still on the hunt for the perfect mascara, it's proving to be very difficult.

I brought this as a change From my usual mascara 'the falsies' as farmers had a promo where you got the free tattoo eyeshadow when purchase the mascara.

It's not as lengthy and dramatic as the falsies but I love the way it feels on my lashes. It's not as heavy as the falsies and its really easy to remove. Would buy again for sure.
