Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara - Washable

I have been looking for a mascara that offers length and volume and this provides both. Very easy to apply with a nice long skinny brush so easy to apply on bottom lashes too. I found this was very nourishing and not drying on my lashes either! It lasted all day without smudging or looking like panda eyes. I found it similar to the mascara Blinc but a quarter of the price and this has more volume! Very happy with this product! I will be purchasing this mascara when I run out of this!

I have only had four days to review this mascara as arrived a little late but have been putting it on every day so I can judge it fairly, I really like the pink packaging, it is quite eye catching. This mascara doesn't smudge and goes on very easily. Lashes don't clump or stick together so your lashes look quite natural. Sometimes its hard to put mascara on your bottom lashes but this was very easy. The brush is great. This for me is a day time mascara and although it makes your lashes lovely and long, there is no volume. I have been rubbing my eyes and my mascara hasn't smudged. I would use again but not for the dramatic eye effect.

Can I just start by saying how excited I was to be part of this trial. I was really looking forward to trying this mascara as I had heard great things about and boy did it live up to my expectations!

The tube is a really cute pink with a sleek"high end" design. It looks luxurious and feels great even when you are just holding it in your hands.

The want is slightly slanted with lots of tiny little bristles. It also has a bit of flexibility.

The design of the wand allows you to coat even the tiniest of baby lashes, giving you fuller longer lashes. You can go in with more than one coat without ending up looking like danny long legs is sitting on your eyes!

It wears really well, there was no flaking and washes off quite easily.

It's safe to say that I do love this mascara and it compares well to other high end brands. This is my new favorite.

Great consistency mascara, great black colour with a fantastic applicator tip. Tip is very fine so really helpful to apply to the outer eyelashes and the bottom eyelashes. Mascara gave fantastic coverage in one sweep and was easy to build. I didn't get as much curl as I normally would love, but for the price and ease of use I would buy in the future and use for sure!

Was really excited to try out this mascara and have been using this for the past few days now and I must say.... this is wow. Formula has a nice consistency and it is really dark. The bristles are short which is something that I prefer as it is a lot easier for me to get to the roots of the lashes and it grabs on really well. Loved the length it gave my lashes which opened up my eyes and made them look larger. This mascara did not smudge on me and I used it on my upper and lower lashes. Impressed that it actually lasted really well all day and kept the length with no fall outs. Removing this was really easy, I was able to get this out with my regular foaming face wash without any hard rubbing.

Great packaging, mess free application and easy to clean off. Will highly recommend this to everyone who wants great sky high lengths for their lashes. Thank you BR for introducing me to maybelline lash sensational sky high mascara. Found a new favorite mascara.

Very attractive packaging, I love the rose colour that they’ve gone with, however with all the embossed writing on the side it does make it rather bulky, so if you’re after a slimline mascara to fit into your portable make-up bag, this might make you think twice.

After the current mascara I’ve been using recently, I was surprised at the length and slimness of the wand, however it proved good at applying the product and separation of lashes. Two coats did me and I was really happy with the results and the thickening effect it gave. It lasted all day with no flaking or clumping, and easy to remove in the evening since I opted for the non-waterproof version.

Would I recommend and purchase? Yes, yes I would

I was lucky enough to be chosen to trial this new mascara by Maybelline. I am a big fan of tubing mascaras, so I was interested in seeing how this would wear. This review is for the washable mascara.

The Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara was sent to me packaged in a blister packet. It is labelled as “blackest black” and on the packet it promises to provide “limitless length” and “full volume.” On the back it says that it has been allergy tested, and that it does not flake, smudge or clump. It is Maybelline’s “first mascara made for full volume and authentic length. Custom flex brush grips and extends every lash.”

The mascara itself comes in a thick pink metallic plastic tube which matches the branding of their regular Lash Sensational mascara, and Lash Sensational serum. The wand is long, with short rubber bristles. When it comes to my lashes and mascara, I like a mascara that makes my lashes look long and defined, rather than thick and clumpy. The great thing is that this mascara does exactly that. Although the bristles on the wand are short, I found that it makes it easier to work the wand onto the lashes and to be more precise with the application. After one coat my eyelashes are separated, defined, and fully coated right to their tips, so they look as long as they actually are (my lashes are white on the ends).

The mascara performs well. It does not smudge after application. Although it is washable, it does not run when my eyes water in bright sunlight. But it does wash off easily at the end of the day with just an ordinary cleanser, rather than needing a makeup remover. One coat is enough to define my lashes, but you can apply more coats if you need to.

Altogether this is one of the best mascaras that I have ever had the fortune to use. If you love long, defined lashes, and mascara that stays put all day, then this is the mascara for you.

I am blown away. Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara has toppled by holy grail 'Hourglass Caution' mascara. I did not think it could be done.

First things first - the packaging is pretty. I love the rose gold and pink. The wand is longer and slimmer than I'm used to, but I love the way it only picks up as much product as is needed.

With a couple of swipes my lashes are long and LIFTED. Seriously, they look fake. My husband came in after I'd applied it and did a double take and commented on how great they looked. Smudging? No. Panda eyes? No. Washed off easily and didn't leave me looking like I had a black eye the next morning? Indeed it did.

To test my inkling that it was better than my Hourglass Caution, I did a side-by-side, and the Maybelline mascara won by a country mile. My lashes were more lifted, beautifully separated and loooooong.

This drugstore mascara is the best thing to happen to me in 2021. Will repurchase over and over again. Thanks BR!!

This was awesome, gave my lashes some much needed length. I struggled to get my lashes completely separated at first, but once I got a hang of the brush and texture it was fine. It comes off pretty easy too! Didnt have any smudging during he day which is nice. It's also a pretty tube too! Looks good in your makeup area!

First impressions of this product in its packaging it was clear what the product was meant to do and had a picture of the wand which I always like to see as it gives you an idea of what it might be capable of on your lashes. The colour is gorgeous and very on trend in a rose gold tone also.

The product itself is super cool with the sky high writing along the side of the barrel and has a nice click to seal the product tight so you know it isn't going to dry out quickly. The wand spooly is verrrry soft and moves alot, i wasn't sure how this would go and I'm not a huge fan but it's not terrible either. I do prefer a stiffer spooler that moves less but this isn't a deal breaker.

On first application the spooly separates the lashes well and the colour deposit was good but was better once I had added a second coat. The product built up quite well with coat 2 but be sparing if going for 3 as I found the lashes started to be less separated at this point... But... NO clumping which is amazing!

It wore well throughout the day, had zero smudging and my lashes stayed lifted so I'm pretty sold on this product! It removed easily with micellar water and cotton pad which is my go to eye makeup removal before cleansing my face.

On further uses it gets better each time as I get used to the wobbly spooly and the formula. There is no offensive scent or anything major to mark this product down from 5 stars. If you want a long wear lash lifting mascara you can't go past this one!
