Revlon ColorStay Eyebrow Liner Review

I love this product! It achieves very natural brows and also the consistency of the product means your brows stay in place. Unlike with powder which can drop onto the rest of your make up, there is no chance of that with this. The only down side, which means I have been using other brow products as well, is the price for what you get- if you use the product every day then you are going to be going through approximately 1 every 1-2 months- and then at approx $20, it adds up quickly! Other than that, great product. (NB: I use the blonde one)

This is a good eyebrow liner pencil, but certainly not the best on the market. It is good for a standard, cheaper brow pencil if you are looking to be cost effective. There are a limited ranges of colours available, and I found that the colour closest to mine was quite dark in comparison to my eyes. If you aren't looking for a dark brow look, then choose something perhaps a shade lighter than what you would think. The pencil itself is twist-bottom, meaning you don't have to deal with the complications of a sharpener. The pencil is quite wide in length, which can make it difficult if you want to extend the line of your brow out to a thinner point. The texture is also quite moussy, which can stick to your hairs and appear a bit greasy if applied too thickly. The brush on the end is however useful for evening out any build up

I have gone through at least three of these because they are very easy to use and are often on offer at Farmers. The pencil has a soft texture and winds up, so no sharpening required. However, you don't get a lot of product and I find pencils you sharpen yourself to be much better value.

Another issue I have with this pencil is that it is too red-toned. I have the dark brown shade but I find it quite red against my yellow toned olive skin. I much prefer a greener brown as I find it looks more natural, but I have not been able to find a cheaper product that is green toned - all the ones I have tried are reddish.

However the spoolie on the other end is a great size and helps brush through the product to give a more natural look.

I wouldn't repurchase though, simply because I find it too red on me.

This was my first time using an eyebrow pencil/liner and i found it to be a good experience! I tend to just put two dots of the liner on my brow and then i use the brush on the other end to spread the colour through the rest of my brows otherwise it can be a little dark. The actual liner packaging is really nice and the fact that i don't have to sharpen it because of the swivel/twist mechanisim. I also don't like my makeup to be too noticable and this brow liner looked really natural! So thats a bonus! Overall i quite like this liner and i will continue to use it till it runs out!

I recently purchased a Revlon Eyebrow pencil for blondes. As I have auburn hair this was a perfect colour match. Pencil goes on smoothly with a nice creamy texture and is very easy to apply.

I brought this product on a whim because I saw it very discounted at the department store and boy oh boy aren't I happy I did! I find it fills and also defines my eyebrows perfectly, having quite light ginger/blonde hair finding a good colour for my eyebrows but this colour is perfect. Definitely recommend!

I have this in blonde and it matches me great, I do feel as though each aplication uses a lot of the product, but it was cheap enough so well worth buying another. The brush is amazing to smooth the product over and blend in, small easy tip so lining the brow is easy. I paid around 12 for mine online.

I thought I would try this as the previous brow pencil I was using was to expensive. I really like this product. The colour matches great. The little brush on the end is really great. Puts every hair in place. The colour stays on just as its named. I've walk after work and even done gym sessions and my brows are still on. I use it everyday and will def purchase again

A dual ended pencil liner. With a brush spollie at 1 end and a retractable pencil liner at the other. Comes in 2 colours Blonde and Brown. I have blonde. The liner is waxy consistency and not oily slippery or doesn't leave any oily residue on the skin or brows. The waxy consistency is what keeps the liner on the brows. Although I have dark hair I do have the wrong colour but it doesn't look odd on my brows. Well I don't think it does. The brush is a good quality and so is the liner. It has great staying power and it lasts all day. If I touch my brows there is some pay off on my fingers but not much. This liner does define your brows nicely.

I prefer retractable automatic pencils to the ones that you sharpen, so this is great. The fine tip allows a precise application. The end result is natural looking as I am able to apply light, feathery strokes for good definition. I use this everyday. I own both the dark brown, and the blonde shades. I thought the dark brown would match my eyebrows better as I have brown eyebrows and dark blonde hair. But the dark brown is too dark. The light brown/blonde shade looks more natural, especially as I am really pale so the dark brown looked very dark on my white skin.
