I purchased this foundation as I had heard good things about it in a few different you tubers videos. I don't know of anywhere that covergirl has testers for products so I had to guess which shade I would be, unfortunately I choose one that is just slightly too dark, but I think that it would actually have been the closest as the range of shades was very small - only 5 or 6 shades. This bottle only cost me $25 which I was definitely happy about as usually I spend around $40 on foundation. I probably won't buy it again soon but might consider it if I needed something cheap. I don't think it has the coverage of a concealer as it claims, as the reddest parts of my cheeks often need a light extra layer. It is also a bit thicker and more difficult to spread than my favourite foundations, but my beauty blender help with that.

i brought this on special as it had the concealer as well, it was easy to blend and easy to apply and the shade was perfect but i still had to use concealer which was annoying as the only reason i brought it was the fact it had concealer in it. overall it was a good foundation but you will still need concealer
I bought this on sale and without a tester so I took a chance on this product. Luckily for me the colour was a pretty good match. I tend to wear this under powder foundation for greater coverage. Wearing it on its own tends to not blend perfectly into my skin nor give me the greatest coverage.
I do like this product as a lightweight foundation. I do not like to pile it on as it would not blend so well and probably feel very heavy. Under powder foundation it works well on my skin. It is not heavily scented and does not react with my skin in any way. I find it can sometimes dry out a little bit - bit this could be more my skin than the product. Overall, pretty good for the price
Tips: Apply with a blender sponge
I won this in a competition from Covergirl NZ and wasn't expecting much as CG have a pretty bad rep for having disappointing foundations but I was pretty surprised by this. The shade I have is a good match but I found that it oxidises so that it becomes a shade darker almost and it's very obvious. I like the way this performs though, it held up against my oily skin and lasted really well. It had awesome coverage but I'm not so sure about the primer claim, I still wore a primer with this because if I don't I feel like my face is going to slip off. I definitely want to try this out in a shade lighter and see what happens, or maybe I'll crack it out again and try it with another primer to see if it oxidises or not...
Really happy with this foundation, I'm Not so sure on the 3 in 1 factor as I still used a primer and finished with a powder, as after using it without found it fell off my face.
over all this foundation gives me great coverage and nice and lightweight. I did buy a shade lighter after reading reviews and I'm glad I did as it was perfect.
Great product at a affordable price, I will totally buy this again :-)
Tips: I apply with a brush and it gives a perfect finish :-)
I had heard good things about this foundation online so when I found a 20% off covergirl I purchased some. Trying to figure out what shade to get was tricky. I got an OK match to my skin tone but I feel like the foundation is just a tiny bit pink. I like the packaging, the pump gives a good amount of product and it is easy to use. I have been using this as my everyday wear to work foundation for months. I don't usually bother with a primer but I do usually set with powder. I find it lasts pretty well. I have incredibly oily skin. If I am going out straight after work then I need to touch up with a bit of powder but overall you get good wear out of this product. It is OK for oily skin and didn't break me out. Coverage is a good medium that is buildable. Application methods are up to the individual I have used it with brushes, sponges and fingers. It works OK with all three. I still use an undereye concealer with this product. The only reason I wouldn't repurchase is because I will be trying something else.
I've never really been interested in cover girl foundations as I didn't think they really worked for me. However this foundation I've liked a lot more than I've previously tried from the range. It's a medium coverage but is build-able which I like. At the same time it's very lightweight. I found that I had to touch up once throughout the day so I'm not too sure about the '3 in one factor' but if you're looking for a good foundation this is very good for it's affordable price
I brought this after hearing so much about it here and on YouTube. I love it. It is the only foundation I have tried that holds my oil at bay. I wore it for 8 hours and still my forehead was matt. It goes on smoothly and the colour I brought matches really well. It was a little difficult to get so don't wait till to late to get a replacement.
I have bought so many expensive foundations only to be disappointed and I keep going back to this foundation. I have no faults with this product, they have the perfect colour for me and you can decide if you want full coverage as it is buildable.
Tips: No tips
I purchased this as it is always raved about on youtube so I just had to see for myself what all the fuss was about.
When I tried this foundation my skin was quite normal (not overly dry or oily), however it looked absolutely terrible on my skin! I'm 21 and this made me look an easy ten years older! It accentuated every flaw and fine line on my face and looked thick, heavy and cakey. I have since tried it a handful of times and every time it looks terrible (primer or not, one thin layer or multiple layers, nothing works).
I don't like writing such horrible reviews about products, however, this is the worst foundation I have tried and it did not do anything good for my appearance at all. The product comes out quite thin and gives a medium coverage which sets very dry on the skin without applying powder. The shade selection isn't fantastic either. I choose the lightest available shade which I could work with...however, it then oxidised to a slightly darker and more orange shade which looked even worse...lets just say I was less than impressed.
Maybe it is just me...but, the hype around this product really has me puzzled when there are such amazing foundations out there.
The packaging is the only good point I can bring up...it has a pump which I love. This would work a lot better for those with super oily skin, but, is still not a product I would recommend to anyone.
Tips: This may work better for you if you have oily skin and apply only one thin layer.
