My grandmother used to use this product religiously, both morning and night - and frequently on her hands during the day. She'd always encourage me to put some on too.. so from the age of about 4-5 I'd use a little bit every day too. My grandmother died when she was 84, and looked in her mid 60's. She only ever used Nivea, so I'm guessing that Nivea should take a bit of the credit. My mother was encouraged from a young age to use Nivea too, and has continued to use it for most of her life. She 75 now and looks mid 50s.
I always have Nivea in the house, its one of those things that is my standard go to when I feel my skin is out of balance. Generally I tend to use it as a hand cream and foot cream, and a few times each week as a night cream.
Nivea cream has been around for years, and my Mum used to swear by it. Its so versatile, use it on hands, feet, face, and body. I love using it on my hands when they are dry and hard from working in the garden. It leaves them silky and smelling gorgeous. It has a lovely whipped texture and you dont need to use too much of it to reap the benefits.
Tips: Dont use too much otherwise it is a bit greasy and doesn't absorb well.
