I bought a big sample of this off of myperfumesamples.com because I LOVE Adam Levine and his sexy self. Hmmm... Excuse me while I wipe my drool.
I can't comment on the bottle, but I was seriously considering buying the full sized had I liked the perfume. Sadly, I don't, not really. The smell I get out of this perfume is very strong. It's definitely obscure, that's for sure.
Initial smells I get from this are just a very sensual, deep musk, followed by a very light, delicate touch of vanilla. I can't smell anything else except the musk, and that's what leads me to believe that it's more suitable for an older woman, and reminds me of a woman who drinks in the afternoon, lives in a massive mansion and loves the company of men.
The scent lasts for a really long time, and hits you gently with waves upon waves of that heavy musk. You get used to it but it's not a smell I would choose to wear, although it would be perfect for a night out because of it's heaviness.
Sadly, as much as I love you Adam, I can't love the perfume you've created. I've tried, but it turns me into a sneezy mess and I'd only let you see me like that if we ran away together ;-)
