L'Oreal Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Neck and Décolletage Cream Review

A thickish yellow colour cream smelling like honey, so delicious and moisturising, simply loved it and it loved my skin. It hydrated my neck and it felt so soft. It smelt like honey as well.

I loved my experience with this product!

I did wonder if a separate cream for my neck and decolletage was necessary, and worth the extra time on my skin care routine. I'm now 100% sure on both things - it is!

The cream is thick and rich, I wouldn't use it on my face unless I was experiencing extreme dryness. The applicator nozzle made this easy to apply. The cream felt hydrating and luxourious.

I have been using twice a day and have noticed significant improvement in my crinkly neck and decolletage.

Worth the money!

L'Oreal Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Manuka Honey Neck & Décolletage Cream is targeted at mature and dry skin types, plus anyone with extra-dry zones, as it intensely nourishes, repairs and soothes very dry skin.

Packaged in a slender bronze 40ml squeeze tube, the pale yellow cream has a delightfully sweet honey scent, and true to its promise, it does hydrate intensely without being at all greasy.

This multi-purpose cream can be applied as needed whenever your skin needs extra care and nourishment, wherever it needs it, be it on extra dry elbows, hands, neck, décolletage or body. Once applied, my skin feels intensely nourished and instantly hydrated and soothed. When used on my décolletage, fine lines are instantly plumped out and become less noticeable, and the skin looks more radiant.

I've also used this as an intensive hand cream at night (before climbing into bed) on days when my hands have taken a beating with being scrubbed multiple times between client appointments. Dry, cracked hands are instantly soothed, and by morning they look and feel a whole lot better.

At roughly $1 per 1ml, this cream is quite expensive, but a little goes a long way, and it does live up to its promises of nourishing, soothing and hydrating really dry skin. I do recommend it, and will repurchase it when I find it on special.

I picked this up in the last beauty vault. This was my first time using a product that specifically targeted the neck and decolletage area. I normally just use my face cream on my neck. The product comes in a tube which is 40mls, which at $40 a pop seems rather pricey. This cream is beautiful and I'm so happy with it. The scent is delicious, a sweet honey smell and lingers around too.

I followed the instructions on the box and apply about a 50 cent size piece onto my finger tips and then apply using a circular motion. I found this cream absorbs easily without the awful greasy feeling.

I really like how instantly smooth and soft my skin feels after each use. I have been using this for a few weeks now and my neck visually looks less wrinkly, maybe this is due to it being more hydrated but I will continue to use. My skin is sensitive and I have had no issues with any ingredients in this cream so I highly. recommend it.

Since trying out L'Oreals Intense Nutrition range I have become a big fan. I kid you not, that friends ask what I am using on my skin as it glows. In fact they too now buy this range with rave reviews on its efficacy. The Manuka Honey Neck and Decolletage Cream has the same great absorption leaving a non greasy finish ,super smooth skin, and a gentle non invasive fragrance. I only gave it 4 stars because in a two week trial it would be a miracle to have a stunning effect but ask me again in a month and I'm sure it would be a 5.

I was pleased to be chosen to review this product as L'Oreal has always been kind to my skin and over the years I have enjoyed using many of its products with pleasing results. I have been keenly applying it in the evening after a hot shower and even though it is quite thick it absorbs quickly leaving my skin supple and soft for the first time in ages which I am thrilled about. As with all L'Oreal skin products that I have used, it has a lovely but subtle smell, and my skin has started to glow again - something it hasn't done for a long time, but it didn't leave a greasy feel at all which was nice. The skin on my neck and decolletage has been quite fragile and "limp" in the last couple of years, so this boost has been very welcome - and I have also been applying it to my elbows with good results. I am looking forward to the next month so that I can really see and enjoy the results, but so far I am delighted with the improved texture and overall appearance to the areas that I have been applying it to and I look forward to even better results the longer I use it.

I quite like this product for my ageing skin. I find my hands and neck line can tend to look a little older and wrinklier at times, so a product especially for that is fantastic.

It's a really hydrating product, but what I love the most is that it's almost like a filler/blurring type of product, because while the lines are still there, this product seems to fill them a little and give a smoother look to your skin.

Ongoing use, I've found my neck area looks a little more hydrated and less aged - but it's really awesome for hands/forearms if you have 'old' looking hands like me....

A nice cream. A bit pricey for the size of the product so I'd likely wait for a 40% special to buy it again.

This is awesome, it is thick, creamy and has an awesome smell. It glides on my skin and feels like it is not there at all - natural as! Whilst I found the product to be economical, it did take more product to cover my face and neck than my usual product. It did what it said it would and treated my dry areas, and bonus it works well on my hands as well.

Packaging is attractive antique gold in colour with honey comb type pattern, the tube with its nozzle is plastic and squeezable with a screw top lid.

The thick lotion is a buttery cream in colour and texture with a soapy floral fragrance. If I sniff it hard enough and I’m looking for the honey maybe I can detect a small amount of Manuka honey in the scent, it’s is nice and fresh it’s not strong and fades quickly. A small broad bean size is enough to do my neck and décolletage (and my neck long) this melts into my skin on contact no sitting on top or waiting just melts on in yusssss into the lines, leaving no sticky residue thank goodness. From the first application my skin feels nice and soft and hydrated. I haven’t noticed any difference in lines I have two neck crease lines. Possibly my neck skin is a little more plumper well not so crinkle like in texture sob as that does come with age. This is nice and moisturising I’ve even had a wee venture over my face, so I’m feeling it’s a good multitasking cream.

Twice a day after cleansing I’ve been using this and I’m excited to see if the skin has changed much after using it for four weeks. There is a bit of improvement after two weeks so fingers crossed it will keep working its magic. It says more supple and firmer skin once the skins barrier is restored. So far it’s doing just as good a job as some of the more expensive creams I’ve tried.

I have used this product for the last three weeks. The first thing I noticed when I opened the product was an intense smell of honey, not unlike fresh honey still in the honeycomb. Once applied to my skin the smell became milder. The cream was thicker than I expected and held its shape when squeezed from the tube. Although thick and creamy I was surprised at how easily and evenly it spread and I used less cream than expected to get a good coverage. The directions said to use a penny sized amount of cream which was hard to gauge as it came out like a thin worm. I used 1cm each for my neck, chin, cheeks, elbows and heels. I used 3cm on one of my hands and rubbed them both together. Immediately my skin felt softer as promised on the packaging. After about a week of once daily application, I noticed that the dry areas on my hands, elbows and heals appeared a lot less dry looking. As far as facial wrinkles and fine lines are concerned I didn't notice a dramatic change, however as this is expected after four weeks of use, I will continue to monitor this over the next few weeks. In all of the areas that I used the cream my skin feels noticeably softer, especially my lips which used to always be dried and cracked. After three weeks of use, the tube still feels relatively full so I suspect it would easily last 2-3 months. It says to apply as needed so I used the product each day, applying it to the dry areas only, during my morning routine and found it quick and easy. The packaging is attractive and easy to use. The tube has a small nozzle delivers the product in small amounts which is great as I found a small amount of product goes a long way.
