What body part is drier at the moment?

Do you have sensitive skin?  If you do it's no doubt your primary consideration when buying skin care.  You'll look for products that advertise they are suitable for sensitive skin.  But it's not your only consideration right?  Sensitive skin will also fit into one of the skin types; oily, dry, combo etc.

Those suffering from what I like to call 'Sensitive +...' skin absolutely need to look for products that are formulated and tailored for their skin, which is where brands like La Roche-Posay come in to play.  All of La Roche-Posay products are designed for sensitive skin, whilst also targetting specific concerns.

Today's trial products are tackling dry skin - whether it's your face or your hands!

The La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Serum is a repairing, replumping and anti-ageing concentrate.  It's ultra hydrating and leaves skin feeling plump to the touch while repairing and replenishing skin’s natural moisture barrier.

This serum combines concentrated pure hyaluronic acid, madecassoside and vitamin B5 for optimal effectiveness while also being suitable for sensitive skin.

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Mains is a hand cream that moisturises, protects and helps restore the skin barrier.  It's perfect for those with overworked, over-sanitised or sensitive skin.  This moisturising cream consists of 4% Niacinamide to soothe and 30% Glycerin for intense hydration and to provide an invisible wash and friction resistant barrier.

We're going to be looking for 30 members to each put two La Roche-Posay products to the test.  So, tell us - which product has you most excited?  Have you tried La Roche-Posay before?  Get chatting below!

Winter time always is hard on my hands together with the extra sanitizing for work during these times leaves them need extra attention. Look forward to trying the La Roche-Posay serum to make my hands feel as loved as the rest of my body.

My face is drier in the winter months, ive started to notice the difference

La Roche Posay is my absolute favourite in skincare!! I have not tried this serum but I can’t wait to, it sounds amazing and if it’s like other La Roche Posay products then it will be. The Cicaplast Mains handcream is what has helped me through this pandemic with all the extra hand washing and Sanitising, my hands were so dry. I’ve been using the handcream for about a year now, even prior to lockdown, as I am susceptible to eczema on my hands, and I can vouch for its effectiveness. It smooths dryness and heals cracks in 24hours. It’s also great for dry, cracked heels and anywhere you have dry, rough skin. My 13 year old daughter uses it too and we keep a tube in the bathroom to apply after hand washing, and I have another in my handbag. My face has fallen victim to dryness this winter too, more than other years it seems. I’ve even started to notice more fine lines and that my skin isn’t looking as plump as it was pre lockdown and winter, it literally looks dehydrated. This serum from La Roche Posay looks like my jam to solve it!

I would really love to be on the trial team as all my skin is dry, I have dry patches on my face and hands. I have tried several different products but I am yet to find a product that does anti-ageing whilst being sensitive and after a while using most face anti-aging products I notice the dry patches on my cheeks getting redder and tender to touch. Have almost given up and had not heard of these products before. I would be over the moon to find products to use that could help

I would love to be part of the trial team as my skin is sensitive but sometimes products for sensitive skin just don’t deliver the goods in terms of restoring dry cracked hands. I enjoy La Roche Posay products for my face, and am in love with their Dermo cleanser right now!

My skin hates winter, dryness, flaking, chapped lips. Nothing seems to help. My nose, forehead and around my lips are the absolute worst.

All the washing and sanitation of hands, I have cracking dry patches now, all the moisture is getting stripped from my hands

13th June, 2020

I haven't heard of this brand before and winter is never kind to my skin. My hands especially get very dry so I'd love to give this product a try.

I would love to try either La Roche-Posay products. I have dry patches on my face mainly cheeks and forehead and my hands are very dry and rough from gardening and working in a kitchen. As I have got older my skin has changed a lot, and not for the better!

I have tried a few La Roche-Posay products in the past and found they really suited my skin. I'm having issues with both my hand and face at the moment due to dryness and the fact that my skin is so sensitive. I think I'd really love to try the La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Serum though

12th June, 2020

I'm torn with which one I want more. I have never tried these products but am really keen to start. I have pretty irritated skin at times and I would love to see if this helps. My hands are pretty rough and sore at the moment with all the washing and sanitising. I would love to try either of the products though!

12th June, 2020

I’m kinda both at the moment, but definitely need more moisture on my face. I have seen the serum product before from this brand (La Roche-Posay) being advertised - it looks really good!

12th June, 2020

I have never tried La Roche-Posay before but this hand cream sounds like a life saver! I work in a customer facing role and we are encouraged to sanitiser before and after touching anything. It has certainly had a negative impact on my skin. This sounds like just what I need! I also find that my face has been quite dry in areas, and nothing has seemed to help. I would love to give these products a try.

I have never tried La Roche-Posay  and to be honest I havent actually heard of them either before now! I would love to try either product but mostly the Hyalu B5 Serum as I do have very sensitive and dry skin both on my hands and especially around my eyes this time of year and so far I have yet to find a product that helps!!
