Hi all, I'm just wondering what everyone's go-tos supplements are for when they're recovering from the flu? I had no idea the flu could be so bad - I had a friend msg me with the same symptoms and severity except hers is covid (I have no idea how many tests I did but I never tested positive). It's been quite a slow recovery and I'm just left feeling wiped out all the time.  

I've come across so many conflicting articles etc that have just left me so confused. so what better route to go then get recommendations!

Hi Cassey I usually hear that Vit C and zinc are good after flu's. A fully fruit diet for a few days also helps to clear the liver and is gentle on a recovering system. I hope you feel better soon.
Hi Cassey. Hope you start feeling better soon. Definitely keep your fluids up (water) and rest. Be kind to yourself and eat well. :-)

A dose of multivitams can help.I had covid and it took so much energy out of me. I bought some multi vitamins and within a month I felt so much better .
