What are the best remedies/ointments you use to reduce and get rid of pimples?

Recently I've had crazy break outs. I have never really had pimples or acne before in my life but now I have bumps like crazy what do you think is the best thing to use to get rid of them fast!?!

I use benzoyl peroxide on my pimples. You can get it at pharmacies, in different strengths but the 2.5% cream works just as well as the stronger ones in my experience.

I use Kiehl's Blue Herbal Spot Treatment for my littler pimples - they clear up quite quickly.  However it's useless on my big red under-the-skin pimples.  I need to find a miracle cream for those spots!

Some years ago I used the Proactiv System. One of the free gifts i got was the Refining Mask,  it's clay like, and I use as a spot treatment at night which definitley helps large spots heal/clear by the morning.
