La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream

Firstly let me preface this review by saying, this is a really good product by a really good company it's just not the cleanser experience I've grown used to.

Ive used an oil cleanser for probably close to two years now and going back to a cream cleanser was a bit of a shock!

The cleanser is a nice creamy thickness and a little lathers up well on your face and smoothes off nicely,leaving skin squeaky clean. It's the squeaky clean that was the problem for me, it just felt a little too dry.

I think if you had slightly oilier skin this cleanser would be great whereas mine tends to be a little drier.

I had no reaction at all to the cleanser while using it so again perfect for sensitive skin!

The cleanser is a decent size and a little goes a surprisingly long way so have passed this forward now the trial is over to a workmate with oily skin who loves it and will definitely repurchase.

I have the oiliest t zone in the world. As soon as summer hits I have to wash my face in the middle of the day as I can literally feel the oil on my face; especially around my chin and nose crevices.

First off, the texture is super creamy and gentle on the skin. It feels like a little spa treatment every time I use it.

Feels nice on face when applying, feels like a very gentle cleanser, lathers well, mild pleasant smell. I am not sure if it was a coincidence but I feel like it made my face feel dry and made me break out afterwards. My current skincare routine I have been using for awhile and ucertain if change of products caused this, I am a bit wary of trying this again due to this.

The La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream is a game changer for my red skin. Once massaged into the skin, it forms a really nice lather, as well as there being no over powering fragrance which can be a deal breaker for me. The cleanser is smooth to rub on and also easy to wash off. From the first use, I noticed a reduction in the redness of my skin as well as leaving my skin feeling nourished and especially not dry like some other cleansers do. The tube means that I was able to get the amount I needed as well. I have added it into my daily skin care routine and the results are getting better and better with each use!

I have been trialing the La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream for several weeks and have been pleasantly surprised by its performance. Since the arrival of this brand into NZ I have heard many good things about it, I was hoping it was not all just hype. From the outset this cream cleansers packaging was simple but attractive with all the necessary information easy to read. I felt the cleanser itself to be nice and smooth and felt lovely on my skin. It was not drying and felt very gentle. I have seen an improvement in the clarity of my skin and a reduction in oil in my t zone. I would definitely continue to use this and feel that the size of the tube provides good value for money.

This La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream is great. This cleansers my skin very well without striping off all the oil. It gently remove the access oil and dirt without making my skin dry. After using this and washing my face my face felt super fresh and clean. This lasts a long time as well. I highly recommend to include this La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream to your skin care regime. Works brilliantly and it’s really easy on your skin.

This was my first time trying a cleansing cream and I was pleasantly surprised.

I loved that this cleanser was able to remove all my makeup without leaving my skin feeling too dry.

I found the smell slightly unpleasant however it wasn’t enough to put me off.

The cleanser does lather up nicely meaning a little goes a long way, which I love.

This is my new favourite as it doesn’t irritate my skin and does all the things a good cleanser should.

With regards to blemishes, I did notice I didn’t get any new blemishes however unsure if it’s helped with existing blemishes, I will probably need to use it a little longer to notice a difference.

I used this cleanser religiously - as my morning cleanser & as my second cleanse in the evenings (after taking makeup off with an oil cleanser). I was wonderfully impressed by this cleanser. It has a beautiful silky texture, and lathered & spread super well across my skin. I used it on my electric cleansing tool as well as just spread with my hands when I felt like I wanted to really massage it into my skin. It, like other LRP products, has a non-offensive fragrance, and did not irritate my skin at all. It felt beautifully velvety and soft on my skin, super gentle & soothing. Across the month of trialling this cleanser, I only used this one and no others! My skin barrier totally thanked me for it too, I experienced fewer breakouts, with less acne overall, just the occasional big one (chocolate induced lol). I used only about a pea sized amount each time, meaning this cleanser is great value for money because of the ginormous tube. There were no feelings of dryness or tightening after use, and did not leave my skin feeling red or raw at all. My skin has felt visibly smoother, softer & clearer throughout using this cleanser - my oily, acne-prone sensitive skin clearly loves it!

As a lifetime member of the troublesome skin club, I was super excited to try La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and have noticed a massive difference in the appearance of my skin. Not only have I had fewer breakouts, but my blackheads are also not as prominent, and my skin looks much smoother than It has in a long time. The change in the appearance of my skin has led me to leave the house make-up free! The minimal packaging for this product is a plus for me, and the size of the cleansing cream is extremely generous, especially because a little goes a long way. If you suffer from troublesome skin like me, I would highly recommend treating yourself to some La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Cleansing Cream.
